Halcoya Hanare is a separate building from Halcoya, and is an owner-less, entire home rental. Welcome to Room Third floor　3005 at Himes MD! It is a 6-minute drive from Morioka Station. If you take the bus, it is a 1-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, Izumiyashiki, from Morioka Station. This room can accommodate up to 5 people. One free parking space is available. There are many restaurants and tourist spots nearby, as well as Morioka Central Park, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. Share Village Machimura

This is an old thatched house built in 143 years ago. The family that has lived in the house for generations has protected it, but it was planned to be demolished because of the financial issues in 2014. In order to preserve the original landscape of the satoyama for the next generation, we revitalize the house as a membership guest house. However, the activities were stopped due to the pandemic. In June 2024 we reopened the house as a private accommodation place (rental vacation house).
