Magali is a very pleasant host who knows how to adapt to the needs of her "guests ". For my part I was looking for a peaceful room, in a quiet and pleasant environment this is exactly what I found in Magali's house, equipped with a garden too cute and flowery, all this however close to all amenities. Delighted. Recommended.

I was unable to meet Magali in person, as our respective schedules unfortunately did not allow it. She left me clear and precise instructions to facilitate my short stay of one night at her place.

Beautiful haven of peace, ideally located to enjoy the quiet and privacy of the garden, the pool and the plancha, while being close to the center (15 min walk). Jean, the owner, was always available to answer our questions and the accommodation was available at the agreed time. My friends and I highly recommend it, we had a fabulous week!

As a large family it was perfect for us and Alienor was a great host. The house itself is lovely and spacious with really well appointed communal space which meant that the teenagers actually spent lots of time hanging out with us. The completely private rooftop courtyard and pool was a real stand out for us. Another plus (as we had lots of camping gear with us) was the large garage underneath. The location is lovely, can recommend evening walks through the old town meeting neighbourhood cats. We also went for runs up the river in the morning followed by popping in to the local boloungerie. The house is very central so you have plenty of shops, restaurants, the local swimming pool and the river all within a short walk. All in all we had a great time and the house is lovely. Thank you Alienor for being a great host.

we had a lovely stay at Yacine's. The house matches the photos and description perfectly. very well located in Tain , a short walk to Valrhona Chocolate City and many local shops. yacine's explanations on how the different amenities of the house work are clear and precise . really pleased with our stay .

Charming welcome, good value for money, good location (close to the center and the river).

Nice spacious house and garden. 15 mins walk to the city center and less than 10 to bakery and supermarket. The house is noisy (creaky floorboards, sound travels through the entire house and when it's windy, it's noticeable) and be prepared for mosquitoes in the garden. The host provided some mosquitoe coils and candles, so we managed to enjoy some meals on the patio. Noise and mosquitos aside, we enjoyed our stay in the house and visit to the area. It felt very safe and was ideal for exploring Valence.

We had a great time at this spacious place. Fred was attentive, always available. We would have liked the mosquitoes around the pool to appreciate us less. We have very good memories of this vacation.

Pleasant house and as described. Well located in Valencia in a pleasant setting. We had a problem using the pool when we arrived but the owner was very responsive in solving it. We would definitely recommend this place.
