Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Syvota

Beautiful studio apartment in a lovely location close to fishing village. Well kitted out with washing and cooking facilities. Nicely stocked fridge for our stay. We also experienced the food from the local bakery. There is no pool for the studio apartment (sleeps 3) and if you do want to go on any excursions a car is really needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The place exceeded our expectations, it’s even better than the photos. Very clean, just a 10minute walk to the old town, and you can literally dive into the sea right across the street. There are also plenty of parking spots, as well as food and coffee nearby, which was super convenient.

Δεν ξέρω από που να ξεκινήσω. Αρχικά μόλις φτάσαμε στο νησί ο Ανδρέας μας οδήγησε ο ίδιος στο κατάλυμα. Το σπίτι ήταν εξοπλισμένο με πολλά παραπάνω από τα απαραίτητα. Μας παρείχαν εξάδα με εμφιαλωμένα νερά , καινούρια απορρυπαντικά και σφουγγάρι πιάτων , κεράσματα , και κάψουλες espresso. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και φαινόταν με την πρώτη ματιά ότι αυτό το σπίτι φτιάχτηκε με πολύ μεράκι. Επίσης η κίνηση με τα φρεσκοκομμένα λουλούδια στο βάζο του σπιτιού μας συγκίνησε ιδιαίτερα . Η τοποθεσία απίστευτη , μέσα στις ελιές , και με την καλύτερη θέα των παξων μέσα από ένα μονοπάτι. Ειλικρινά δεν βρήκαμε τίποτα αρνητικό και σίγουρα αν επισκεφτούμε ξανά το νησί το κατάλυμα αυτό θα είναι ξανά η επιλογή μας. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα! Εις το επανιδείν.

The place we stayed at was something we could only dream of. A small house with an incredible view, together with an amazing pool. The house was very private. Victoria is a great host and person. All communication was very fast and polite. Might go again in the future

We had an amazing stay at La Casa In Salita! This was our 4th visit to Parga and after a busy week with family for our wedding, we chose to stay here for our honeymoon! We loved the location - close to everything and right in the thick of it but still quiet and relaxing! I had concerns about the bar In front of the apartment however this was not a problem at all and the music couldn’t be heard. La Casa In Salita is a beautiful little home with lovely quaint touches making it feel very homely. We especially enjoyed the bathroom - so spacious and luxurious. The hosts were a great help. Collecting us from our previous accommodation and helping with our bags. I would recommend trying their lovely bakery too - Achilleas - they sell delicious sweet treats which are too good to resist! Minutes away from bars, restaurants and shops - it is the perfect location to explore beautiful Parga. I’m sure we’ll be back on one of our nexts visits!

To two of the most beautiful people Nikoli and Dimitri were amazing. They could not do enough for us and always there if we needed help. We got a little lost on the arrival day our fault😁 but it was not to much trouble for them to Come and fetch us and guide us to the villa. Thank you to you both we are going to miss you so Much but l promise we will be back. I totally recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Corfu. The most amazing hosts ever. Maria was a wonderful host from the moment we arrived. She greeted us warmly and made us feel completely at home. The apartment itself is even more beautiful than the photos—stylish, spotless, and as comfortable as a boutique hotel. It’s also exceptionally well equipped: we cooked every day and never found the kitchen lacking a single item. We stayed for ten days with two babies, and Maria had truly thought of everything. She left a baby bathtub and cribs ready for us, and when we asked for a high chair she brought one over right away. The garden was another highlight—perfect for relaxing while the little ones played. Maria’s local tips were spot-on. Thanks to her recommendations we discovered wonderful beaches, great restaurants, and hidden gems in the area. The village itself is peaceful, with a lovely bakery, and it’s an easy drive to Ioannina, the Zagori villages, and the coast. In short, Maria’s hospitality and her beautiful apartment made our stay unforgettable! Thank you!

Where do I start. Angelos Village is an oasis of luxury, a dreamy place I didn't want to leave. The hospitality was fantastic, great communication with Andreas. Hara met me and showed me what to see and do on Paxos, and was just so lovely. The room itself was spotless, a haven after long days out walking and beaching. The pool was a dream, with lots of little areas to sit and soak up the sun (or relax in the shade). I've never seen anything like the complimentary, homemade breakfast basket -- there was just so much food (did me for breakfast and lunch), it was different every day, and every single bit was truly delicious. Yes, it is a bit of a steep climb up from Lakka town, but as many other reviewers have mentioned, 1000% worth it for the superb view and the peace and quiet. Nearby Orkos Beach is a gem, as is Lakkos/Orkou Beach (a bit more of a walk but worth it). Overall, this is one of my favourite Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. Do not hesitate to book it for a special stay on Paxos.

If you want to experience a warm, home-like atmosphere and genuine Greek hospitality, this is the perfect place for you. The apartment has everything you need and is located in a peaceful part of Corfu, surrounded by nature. It's a great option for those coming by car who want to explore the island. Katja is a true superhost — very knowledgeable about Corfu and always happy to share helpful tips, which we really appreciated! We would highly recommend this place!

Corfu is nothing like the other Greek Islands it is green and lush! It was a wonderful change! Very busy but it is also the beginning of the high season. I found a small restaurant around the corner and became friends with Anastasios making our trip even more fun!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is well appointed, and the view can’t be beat. We used the shared rooftop space frequently, and we almost always had it to ourselves. The apartment is within walking distance of a handful of restaurants, a bakery, and a small grocery store. It’s a hike to and from the below beach area, but once you get there, it’s a perfect swimming spot. Complimentary cleaning was offered twice a week, so the place was always spotless. The parking area has a bit of an incline, so be cautious of your bumper.

Es war grossartig! wow! wir sind so begeistert wie schön es bei Alexandros war! alles makellos, super Küche mit allem was man braucht, sauberes Bett, sehr bequem, super ruige Lage und sehr Privat, es war ideal für unsere Flitterwochen und es wurde jeden Tag wenn wir nicht da waren sogar geputzt. Wonderful hosts and wonderful apartment. Private, quiet, very comfy bed and had everything you could need for a great stay. Kalliope is so kind and the home was a welcoming place for my two week stay. Green bus terminal nearby for access to beaches and sites and I would highly recommend a stay here. Wonderful!

Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von der tollen Wohnung und der netten Gastgeberin. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick über die Stadt und den Hafen ist atemberaubend. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

I had the pleasure of staying at Vassias beautiful apartment, and frankly speaking it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and at ease. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the home was both cozy and modern. Communication with the owner was seamless. They were very responsive in responding to any questions I had and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location of the home was also ideal, situated in the center of the old town, with the tavernas just below, but still very quiet on the inside. For anyone who is about to travel to Parga, I highly recommend them to go to Vassias apartment. I will surely be back!

Wir hatten ein paar wundervolle Tage. Es ist sehr sauber, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Garten und Ausblick ist auch wunderschön. Wir haben es sehr genossen! Anastasia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und wir freuen uns bald wieder zu kommen. Danke für alles :)

Just as describedThe apartment was the perfect place for a few days in Corfu. Just a few steps from all the restaurants in Old Town, yet still quiet in the evening away from the loud bars. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The beds were good and AC worked perfectly. The terrace is an added bonus to wind down at the end of the evening.

Endroit paradisiaque avec une vue depuis le studio à couper le soufflé.Tres bel accueil de Kuria Evaggelia et Elias. Nous avons passé une semaine avec toutes les conditions idéales pour du repos, de la découverte d’endroits magnifiques avec l’aide des conseils des hôtes. Ils mettent tout en œuvre pour que l’on se sente bien et y parviennent aisément. Merci pour les cafés frappés au quotidien et l’accompagnement pour la location du scooter et le dernier trajet vers le bus. Parga est une jolie station balnéaire et la baie de Lychnos est magnifique. Location, location, location is just fantastic. if you like to see beautiful sea straight from your balcony this is a place for you. The view is to die for! I would highly recommend. Apartment is very clean and perfect for a couple. We spent a lot of time enjoying balcony as well. Bed mattress is firm.

Xanthis communication is great. Really responsive and helpful For example she helped with car hire. Her welcome is warm and she provides lots of info about the town. The apartment is as the photos show. Spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything you might need What the photos do not show is the views from the balconies and roof terrace which are amazing! The apartment is in a great location. It is 20 mins walk to almost everything. The old town,the liston, the fort, the museums and the beaches The museums are to be recommended particularly the Byzantine and Asian. Corfu town is the perfect mix of culture, night life and the beach. I would recommend it as a destination and Xanthi is the perfect host. Thank you
