Zwei liebevoll eingerichtete Häuser auf einem 2500 qm großem Naturgrundstück mit typischen Birken und Kiefern in bester und ruhiger Lage in einer sehr schönen Villengegend mit teils alten Sommerhäusern. Das große sichtgeschützte Grundstück befindet sich an einem Privatweg der zum Strand führt und dort endet und nur von den Anliegern genutzt wird und daher kaum befahren wird. Zum feinen weißen 2 km langen Sandstrand sind es nur 700 m bis zur Ortsmitte ca. 1,5 km.

Fräsch lägenhet på ca 100kvm belägen på gård med lummig natur inpå knuten. Lägenheten ligger på andra plan och har ett stort kök/matplats/allrum, tre sovrum och ett rymligt badrum. Egen uteplats med trädäck och möblemang samt grillmöjlighet. En damm med vindskydd och eldstad för mysiga kvällar. Ca 10 min gångavstånd till anrika Östarps Gästgiveri. 3 km till mataffär och ca 5 km till närmsta sjö där man kan bada och hyra båt för fiske.
