3.5-room vacation appt. (75m2) on the 1st floor of a detached house, located at the foot of the Oberalp Pass right next to the valley station of the chairlift Dieni-Milez. In winter you ski from the slopes directly to the front door. Sledding and cross-country skiing in immediate vicinity. In summer, you start hikes and bike tours for all ages and levels of difficulty directly from the house. From the balcony you enjoy breathtaking views of the Surselva valley and surrounding mountain peaks

In the winter you can ski in and out of the house. For the little kids there is a free bus stop to get to the lift. The Summer in Flims is exiting, sporty and healthy. Our house is right on the piste of Flims/Laax. The place has a fantastic view across Flims that never bores. It's a short walk to the village. In the winter there is also a free bus. In the village you can do the shopping or have dinner in the best restaurants. The house is fully equipped. In the garage is space for two cars.

One foot in the ski lift. The location could hardly be better. The children's practice slope is also right next to the house! It is the perfect size for up to 4 guests. Underground parking space included. Skiing on arrival/departure day no problem. Ski IN and OUT. 50'' TV UHD (4K) with numerous channels, internet (Netflix etc.). In addition to the equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels can also be provided on request (30 CHF per person, otherwise simply bring your own)

Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to the 5 stars Alpine Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

The neighboring STENNA Center offers a variety of shopping (Coop, clothing shops, pharmacy, etc.), restaurants, cinema and wellness offerings. The STENNA bus stop is very close.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Grocery and bus stop just next to the house. Easy access to hiking tracks in summer and ski slope terminates in the village right in front of the house! For our guests, we can offer Subeez Tuktuks at a special discount price (25 CHF for half day or 40 CHF full day).
