Hi.. The view from the villa is amazing.... worth the money spent... The villa has 4 beautiful rooms and an amazing terrace...Maid visits daily for upkeep and she is friendly.... Pool is very small so didn't use it...We used Bolt app to travel around..and the taxi's dropped us right at the entrance of Villa. Except for the steep climb to the villa rest everything is excellent in this location.

The villa is a bit worn, but matches the photos exactly. It had everything I needed except a washing machine. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Bang Tao and everything else when needed. The pool is cool, deep enough, and private thanks to high walls with no prying neighbors. The weekly service team handles everything - cleaning, pool, garden, linens - in under 15 minutes. I never saw a single ant inside, which is great in this area and made it easy to relax about food storage. No need to bother about utility bills either, which is also a plus. The local cafe offers an all-day breakfast menu along with great lunch options, but it closes early (5 PM), though there are other fantastic options within walking distance and many are listed on food delivery apps as well. Diego was always available if I needed anything and helped a lot during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a long stay and good value. I’ll be staying longer.

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

Amazing place, very private and tranquil. Host was very attentive and the pool was warm and comfortable to swim at night. The villa is exactly as described and just like the photos. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

We absolutely loved our stay here for the last 4 days; only wish we could stay for longer. The host and team were incredibly efficient and helpful from the very beginning, including airport pick up despite our late arrival. The house is large, spacious, clean. The team were never too far away if we needed anything and very helpful and responsive via group chat. We were proactively offered a late check out due to the next guests arriving late which made for a very pleasant last day by the pool. We also enjoyed using the outdoor BBQ/kitchen area with some local fish from the seafood market we took from the hosts’ extensive list of recommendations. We truly just loved this stay. Seamless and easy. Thank you Benoit and Julian, hope to be back soon.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, dennoch waren viele Restaurants und der 7-Eleven fußläufig erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung konnte man gut und günstig essen. Dennoch würde ich ein Mietauto sehr empfehlen. Dove ist ein super Gastgeber, alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und Hilfe angeboten. Unser Rückflug war erst abends. Da nach uns schon neue Gäste eingecheckt haben und ein Late Check out nicht möglich war, hat Dove uns freundlicherweise angeboten, in seiner anderen Villa die Zeit zu überbrücken. Wir waren zu 8 und die Stromkosten für 9 Tage waren um die 30€.

Villa Nirvana is an absolute dream! Ilana was a very responsive and helpful host. The view is truly breath taking and the villa has every amenity imaginable, even housekeeping every day if you wish! The kitchen is so well equipped you can easily cook or have bbqs and enjoy the beautiful patio and view. Our family of four was so comfortable and we truly loved everything about this little piece of heaven. Highly highly recommend!!

Die Unterkunft ist größer als den Fotos zu entnehmen ist. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber, vor allem der Außenbereich ist großartig. Täglich kam jemand und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Der Pool war unser Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung lief sehr gut und wir hatten über diese einen super Ausflug. Sehr empfehlenswert, auch preislich war der Ausflug über die Verwaltung unschlagbar. Es gab kleine Mängel die wir kommuniziert hatten und bearbeitet wurden. Der Strom ist dort sehr teuer, man sollte darauf achten. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Aktuell wird sogar ein 7/11 gebaut, 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch zum Strand sind es ca 15 Minuten sowie zu einem gutem Restaurant, Mr Warm. Wir kommen wieder :)

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war genauso schön wie auf den Fotos – wenn nicht noch besser. Alles war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Der private Pool war ein echtes Highlight – super gepflegt, angenehm temperiert und perfekt zum Entspannen. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war die Lage – etwas abgelegen. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier allerdings genau richtig.

“Perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!” Ich hatte eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, gut erreichbar und hat den Check-in total unkompliziert gemacht. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann den Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen. 5 Sterne – verdient!

Beautiful villa with incredible garden and pool. Located in gated compound with friendly security guards. 2min walk to delicious restaurants - Suay has premium Thai food and nice vibe, Laad had fine dining quality food for $50 per person. 5min walk is Baan Moo Rom Kwan a bbq meat restaurant which was delicious and much cheaper. Supermarket 5min walk away along with other small stores if you need items. We loved the Elephant Sanctuary 10min walk away. You can just visit the restaurant and still see elephants without doing a full tour. The area has lots of activities which you can easily find on Google maps. We loved our stay. The 4 days felt like a whole week. We’d definitely stay here again.

Жилье нам понравилось. Жанна просто молодец. Проживание 9 ночей. 2 взрослых и 2 ребенка. Май. 1. Расположение отличное. 1ая линия. Территория Splash Beach Resort. Недалеко airport view point. В пешей доступности есть несколько неплохих ресторанов и супермаркетом. 2. Жилье. Вилла состоит из 2ух зданий (основное здание - спальня и кухня-гостиная, и отдельный домик со спальней с двумя queen кроватями) и 2ух зон отдыха: внутренней с бассейном и беседкой на 2 шезлонга и внешней с видом на берег и закат. 3. Чистота и сервис. Я редко вижу такую заботу о гостях. Естественно мы приехали голодные и думали где поесть, но оказалось, что в доме есть минимальный набор продуктов на первое время. Это было неожиданно приятно и полезно. Обычно есть ограничения в аксессуарах и принадлежностях. Это не тот случай. Полотенец с запасом на все шезлонги и гостей. Всяких мелочей в сан узлах просто уйма и все хорошего качества. В общем 5+++ за все эти мелочи (всего не перечислить) ОЧЕНЬ СОВЕТУЮ!
