Superhost benefits

As a Superhost, you’ll have higher visibility, dedicated support and exclusive rewards. It’s our way of saying thank you for your outstanding hospitality.

Special recognition

The Superhost badge helps you stand out even more and could lead to more bookings.

Priority support

As a Superhost, you’ll receive priority assistance when you contact Airbnb Support.

Exclusive rewards

Each time you hit 4 quarters in a row as a Superhost, you get a $100 coupon to spend with Airbnb. You also get an extra 20% on top of the standard host referral bonus.

What makes a Superhost

Every three months, we check if you’ve met the following criteria for the past year. If you have, you’ll earn or keep your Superhost status.

10+ stays

Complete at least 10 stays within the year or 100 nights over 3 or more completed stays. Your guests can feel confident that they’re staying with an experienced host.

<1% cancellation rate

Cancel less than 1% of the time, not including major disruptive events. This means 0 cancellations for hosts with fewer than 100 reservations in a year. Rare cancellations mean peace of mind for your guests.

4.8 overall rating

Keep a 4.8 or more average overall rating based on reviews from your Airbnb guests in the past year. Guests know to expect outstanding hospitality from hosts like you.

90% response rate

Respond to 90% of new messages, and accept or decline new reservation requests, within 24 hours. That way, guests know you’ll be timely when answering new enquiries.
