Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and or Mt. Views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course, and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown.

South Columbia Cottage is the quintessential beach cottage that serves as the perfect backdrop for your memorable coastal vacation. Lovingly renovated in 2021, our cozy get-away is only two blocks from the beach and three from the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Broadway. Tonquin's Rest is a beautiful private suite in the upstairs of a 1903 Victorian home in Astoria's tranquil Uppertown neighborhood. The home is located in walking distance to the Goonies House, Pier 39, the Astoria Riverwalk and hiking trails. It is a 35 minute walk or 5 minute drive into downtown Astoria and a quick 25 minute drive to the beach. Watch the deer wander through the backyard as you drink your morning coffee on your private balcony.

Our unit is located in a small cooperative of 15 condos there on the beach. These Condos are well maintained at the quiet end of town for rest and relaxation. There is an onsite Co-Host and lock boxes near the office, where you can pick up the keys. Pet fees: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip Key Lockbox code will be provided 3-4 days advance of your stay.

Enjoy this one bedroom waterfront retreat with full kitchen and open kitchen to living floor plan.
