Holiday rentals with a patio in Sun Peaks

Such a well provisioned suite and true backyard oasis overlooking the Kamloops valley. The suite had everything we needed and more with many thoughtful extras like books, dog treats and kids activities. The pool area was paradise and we would have loved to stay longer. Can’t recommend enough!

We loved Cory’s condo! It was close proximity to the village and ski-in / ski-out access. The private hot tub was one of the best features, but the kitchen was also well stocked and the bathroom was squeaky clean. Cory was fantastic to coordinate and communicate with and very flexible when we had to bring our small dog with us (last minute request!) We would definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his spot to friends or family.

I am a homeschool mom of 4 and needed a retreat to rest, recenter, and refocus. This was the perfect place for that. The suite was decorated and set up with so much care and intention. I can’t state strong enough how much I appreciated the atmosphere and special touches. An added bonus for me was a nature path just minutes from the suite. The view of Kamloops from this path is stunning and leads downtown where I could shop the boutiques, eat great food, and sit by the river with my book. Angela was responsive, gracious and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable and cozy. Enjoyed the hot tub. I thought the second bed (lower bunk) was going to be a queen, but is only a double. It was comfortable and had a super warm duvet. We had a little trouble figuring the ski out route even though we are regular skiers at Sun Peaks. It was easy once we got it sorted. The unit was quiet as it faces the inner green space of the complex and not the road. A very enjoyable stay, kitchen well equipped.

Jeremy was an excellent, responsive host! We felt right at home in this cozy spot. It was an easy ski-in, ski-out near Orient and Morrissey chairs, and a short 15 minute walk into the heart of the village. Jeremy's place had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. A perfect spot for our family of four's Spring Break!

We had such an amazing time staying at Danielle’s place. The rooms are super clean and washrooms were pristine and fully stocked with everything you and your family needs. The surrounding areas near the lake were amazing for early morning and late night walks. Danielle herself was very friendly and hospitable to us and was super nice for accommodating us even though we were a tad bit late to check out. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who wants a chill stay at Kamloops

The place was large, clean had everything you needed. The suite also had full cable on the TV which many airbnb's do not have.

Thank you, the accommodation was the most clean of all the places we have stayed in. As per booking information there is no kitchen however Virginia had provided so many extra’s. Very happy thank you.

Wyatt’s place was an absolute dream. Our group had 9 adults, in which everyone agreed there was more than enough space for us all to be comfortable. The outside space is fantastic, lots of grass for yard games and an awesome fire pit. The kitchen is well stocked for larger groups and everything was squeaky clean when we arrived. All hosts were super responsive and friendly! Made for an all around 5 star experience.

We were extremely happy with our accommodations. The space was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The separate entrance and parking were very helpful and reduced the risk of disturbing the owners. We would happily stay again.

Chris's place is beautiful, just like in the pictures. It is very bright, the kitchen is huge and very well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and view of the ski hills. Ski in and out instructions were very clear and helpful. Chris was very responsive if I had a question. We would stay again!

It’s so cool living at the lake side. So convenient, you can find everything that you need. I would like to come back in the summer!

Had a great time with my partner here. The place was clean, exactly as described in the listing. Laura & James responded to our messages always within 30 minutes. It was cute and peaceful. Loved that it was walkable to the village.

The views from this place are amazing! There is definitely no clutter, which makes it nice. Lots of space to be moving around and was perfect for the four of us to stay. Large rooms and good amenities. Great communication from the host when we needed an iron or steamer for my daughter‘s grad dress! He brought one to us immediately. Thanks so much for a great stay, it worked perfectly for us. If I had to say anything in regards to improvements, it would be that the living rooms m couch’s aren’t that comfortable and the one mattress is harder than what our preference was, but those are things that are completely individualized and would not affect me from coming back again.

Keveh’s place was great for a golf trip with friends. It’s located in a quiet area, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house was clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the BBQ dinner in the backyard — a great memory from the trip!

What a beautiful place! What a pleasant surprise. Peaceful atmosphere and beautiful sceneries. The house was spacious yet cozy. Andrew was really responsive and friendly. Our family had a great stay and would definitely hope to come back in the future.

The place went beyond our expectations! Very roomy yet still a cozy homey feel. Appreciated the toiletries such as body wash and a fully stocked kitchen. I would maybe bring aluminum foil or parchment paper if cooking lots, but other than that it has literally everything you would need to cook. Hosts were super helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home without even meeting them in person. Can’t wait to come back to this gem!

Kaitlyn and Chad’s condo was a perfect spot for my stay in Sun Peaks. The condo is very homely, with everything I needed. Bed was super comfortable, location was really convenient, just a short walk/skate to Orient chair and then I could ski right back to the front door. An easy 10 minute walk into the village, convenient and quiet away from the noise of the village. 100% recommend.

We loved our time at Sun Peaks and this condo was a wonderful home away from home. Clean with everything we needed. Casey was quick to respond to questions and very flexible and helpful. Easy ski in and out to the Orient chair. Beautiful view of the mountain from the hot-tub. We would love to stay here again.
