Flat very well located, extremely clean and comfortable. The shower is great and the kitchen is super well equipped, with everything I needed during the stay. Reginaldo was always very attentive and helpful, responded quickly and helped with all questions. I would definitely host again!

The apartment is very nice , garage easy access with valet, great rooftop pool. HiFi is very good , great bed, with high quality bedding, bath towel and even liquid soap. very clean and great host. Air in the living room is in the bedroom and very good refrigerator. The only thing I would recommend is that they put a key on the bedroom door for greater privacy in the case of a couple sleeping in the bedroom and a child sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.

The place was very clean and organized. It is new and modern. Has all the amenities you need for cooking common meals. It is a block or two away from bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores.

I have been using the Airbnb platform for years, we traveled very often in Brazil and some outside and I don't remember a reception, care and attention we had with Ludmila, Marcos and Dona Cleide… It was really amazing and the whole structure of great taste, from bed linen, bathrooms, electros, all the kitchen pieces, to the high-end furniture…. My stay at the house was wonderful! Bethania was extremely receptive and attentive, always available and full of good local tips. The house is beautiful, well ventilated, organized and full of details thought out with affection. As a bonus, it is surrounded by the tranquility of nature. The location in Barão Geraldo is great, with access to public transportation and Uber, as well as a market and other amenities nearby. I was truly delighted with such a welcoming and peaceful environment. I highly recommend it!

The second stay at the house and, as in the first stay, everything went well. Spacious, clean and well-kept, safe for my dogs and our experience was impeccable. Heated pool, always clean and with a lot of structure (house amenities and a quiet location, with everything nearby: market, bakery, pharmacy, etc.). Despite being a one-bedroom apartment, the bedroom is spacious and the apartment has a good balcony with a wonderful view. For me, the big difference was having a gas shower and two parking spaces, things that you rarely see in smaller apartments in Cambuí. Everything in the apartment worked and the building is very charming, located in the best neighborhood of Campinas, full of shops and restaurants. I loved staying there and I will definitely stay again!!
