A comfortable, light apartment for 2 people. A spacious kitchen - studio with a private bathroom and a beautiful courtyard. 15 minutes drive to the nearest beach, opposite the house there is a public transport stop. There are shops, pharmacy, cafes nearby. Fitness club is right in front of the house. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay : Wi-Fi, TV, clean linen, towels, hairdryer, kitchen utensils, a grill in the yard and a swing. Very clean, newly renovated apartment. With a closed area and parking. Everything matches the description. We met earlier, for which we thank the host very much. The apartment has all the necessary utensils of good quality, even Chinese sticks were). We were very pleased with a couple of bottles of cold water in the heat when checking in. Comfortable mattress and clean bed, hairdryer, fumigator, ear sticks... everything was in this apartment. We were very satisfied.

These are incredibly comfortable and stylish apartments. The apartment has everything, absolutely, even for animals, they left dishes. In the morning, 7 minutes and you are on the beach, in 2 minutes Silpo and ATB. We enjoyed our stay very much, we recommend it to everyone, especially those who have dogs.

A wonderful apartment and an amazing host! The apartment looks exactly like in the photos and is located in a very convenient and beautiful part of the city. Everything necessary was provided—shower gels, shampoos, clean towels, and bed linens. Tatyana is a very responsible and friendly host, responding quickly and helping with any questions. I definitely recommend it and will certainly come back!
