Rita's house promoted with full votes! As soon as we arrived, Rita waited for us and welcomed us in the best way, showing us the house and the large terrace. The house is really impeccable, it feels like you're at home with everything you need and even more than you need, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom! The house is tastefully furnished, super clean and beautiful! The bedroom is beautiful, the bed is super comfortable with double pillows and various mirrors. The terrace is furnished with a rocking chair and two padded loungers, an outdoor shower and a sink. Also on the terrace there is a sheltered table for alfresco dining and various plants that embellish it and smell the air with their flowers. We will definitely be back, highly recommended! A charming cottage that is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything. Sandra is super friendly and flexible. She responded immediately when the shower wasn't working and resolved it right away. We felt completely at home there. The area is beautiful. The highway mentioned did not interfere. The kitchen is indeed very small, under the stairs. And the sofa bed is not really comfortable for the third person in the long run. The upstairs bedroom, on the other hand, is wonderfully spacious, with a spectacular view. Enjoy every morning. All in all a nice stay, really worth your money. And we would love to come back.

Adriano was extremely helpful during check in and check out! We did not have a car on our trip and he gladly gave us a ride to the train station. Very clean apartment and much more room than the photos show. Overall amazing stay!

Arriving in Lavagna, the studio was in the historic center, very close to the station. We were greeted at the scheduled time with enthusiasm by the host Marco, really thoughtful. Ligurian focaccia was kindly offered and waiting for us in the house. The apartment is comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need. Great experience!!!

What a beautiful place! This house has a soul! Tastefully furnished with antiques and great to find coffee, tea, spices. It has everything you need. It’s a pity we were on the way home and only stayed for a night. I would love to come back when it’s warm and be able to sit on the terrace that overlooks the town and the bay.
