The place was exactly as described. We had a lot of fun because of the many ways to pass his time, such as billiards, kicking, pool, or hot tub. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are not many good places to eat in the immediate vicinity. We grilled at noon and in the evening and ate rolls in the morning, which was completely sufficient for a weekend.

Incredibly beautiful property in an absolutely quiet location. A lot of space to stay for several days in fine weather. A weekend is not enough! :)

Great accommodation with its own sauna and a very nice, large terrace. You can do a lot in the area, but you also feel very comfortable in the house. Check-in with the property manager was very pleasant and flexible. In advance, it was not entirely clear to us that bed linen and towels were already available, which is why we took an unnecessary amount with us. We were positively surprised how well the kitchen was equipped. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice time in the pool house. The location by the stream is very beautiful and the view is simply relaxing. A huge highlight for the kids, to see the deer and the swans every morning. What was also great was that you can get to super beautiful beaches in a short time with the bikes. The hosts Sophia and Ben are very friendly and have a super pleasant and uncomplicated manner. We spent four great relaxing days here with our dog. Just doing nothing and letting our souls wander, that did us a lot of good. Delicious chocolate was ready for us as a welcome. The huge, beautiful garden is close to nature and laid out with a lot of love and flair. We also felt very comfortable in the beautiful rustic house and made ourselves comfortable in front of the fireplace on the cooler evenings. Jacqueline is very warm and was always quickly available when there was a question. She was also very accommodating with the check-out. We will soon return to this enchanting place!

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The house itself is well equipped, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The furniture is modern and comfortable, there is a nice large terrace and for colder days a fireplace and sauna. Two parking spaces are available in front of the door. The only drawback is the brightness. Otherwise, we can definitely recommend this cottage.

The perfect city escape. Nothing to do in the area but enjoy the fresh air, go for a walk and relax. The house had everything we needed and more. The fenced garden was perfect for our dog. Thanks again ✨

If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. The house was perfectly prepared upon our arrival: The beds were freshly made, everything was clean, tidy and immediately ready to move in. We found the kitchen to be particularly practical, where you could start cooking and roasting right away. We will be happy to come back. Many thanks!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. 4 adults and two infants. The area is very quiet, the petting zoo opposite invites you every day, but we also explored the area with bikes. It is a very quiet place, which can be reached quickly. ALDI, Lidl and Rewe are only 2 km away, which was also very pleasant. We were able to use the days to relax.

We had a great time in Ivo's apartment :) A great big house, in nature even more beautiful than in the pictures. We didn't miss anything and we felt very comfortable! The communication with Ivo was friendly and uncomplicated, so thank you, we will gladly come back if we have the opportunity 😊

We stayed at Tina's place for several days over New Year's Eve in a group of 10 people. We found everything very clean and tidy and the house is very well furnished. Since there are 5 bedrooms and the associated bathrooms on the upper floor of the house, each couple had their "own empire" and a retreat. On the ground floor, we mainly stayed in the spacious rooms dining room and living room. The kitchen offers plenty of space and enough kitchen appliances to conjure up some more elaborate dish for several people. Sauna and hot tub also worked well. Upon arrival, you should think about bringing towels and bed linen, or use Tina's paid service. Check-in and check-out were easy and flexible. We would book the place again in the group and can recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few quiet days in the countryside.

We were guests with four moms and our little children and felt completely comfortable! The accommodation was modern, very clean and perfectly equipped. It was ideal for the children in particular - enough space to play and a pleasant, safe environment. We were able to enjoy the stay to the fullest and would be happy to come back. We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Silvio's apartment. I cannot recommend this place enough - it is exactly as described, was spotlessly clean on arrival and has a balcony with fabulous views across the Binnenmüritz, which thanks to incredibly good luck with the weather, we were able to enjoy to the full. The apartment is centrally located with all attractions and local amenities just a couple of minutes walk away. Only point to mention is parking is made available in a separate space a short walk away, for a small additional fee. This worked fine as it was easily possible to pull in with the car and drop luggage off at the beginning/end of the stay. Silvio is a very friendly and responsive host.

A great house for our short break with friends! Sufficient bathrooms, comfortable beds, space to sit together comfortably indoors or outdoors and a feel-good climate through the nice care! Thank you The WiFi did not work perfectly for everyone (but no problem for us, we were there to talk and enjoy time together). Highly recommend!

A very well-equipped apartment with a great location.

We had a great stay in the small house. The surroundings have a lot to offer, whether on land or on water. Everything worked out great with Annett. Recommended!

Hallo, the stay in the summer residence was fantastic. We were a group of 5 friends and were looking for a place to stay for a quiet weekend. The extensive garden offers beautiful views and invites you to spend long summer evenings under the open air! Especially with the small fireplace, you can have a cozy evening. The property is well equipped as well. The kitchen really has everything you need:) Upstairs there are two double beds in separate rooms. Unfortunately, the bathroom upstairs is only accessible to one room, which is why you have to walk to the second bathroom downstairs next to the kitchen in the night. That's why the person in bed under the stairs should have a deep sleep or best to use Oropax:) This should only be considered if you are a group larger than 4 people. Otherwise, the communication was excellent! We were also provided with lots of tips from the host. Lake Drewitzer in particular was a great tip!

We liked Frank and Pia's apartment very much from the beginning. We had a very nice time there. The apartment is located in a very stylish house, has large, very bright rooms and is very tastefully decorated. From the large bedroom, you have a wonderful view of the beautiful garden with old fruit trees and many flowering perennials. The same beautiful view can be enjoyed from the very large and bright living room, from which you can directly access the garden via a terrace, where there are various idyllic seating options. The spacious kitchen is superbly equipped. We were very warmly welcomed by Frank, so that we immediately felt very comfortable. Frank and Pia are great, very friendly hosts. It is also very nice that the beds of Frank's nursery are directly behind the holiday home, where we were able to harvest very tasty organic vegetables (salad, herbs...) ourselves. A wonderful place in a varied landscape.
