Perfekt hus för det mindre sällskapet som vill ha nära till hav och kunna njuta av tid ihop i stor trädgård och fin uteplats. Tomten där huset ligger är i anslutning till en småbåtshamn där en fin båtramp för att kunna sjösätta egen båt finns. Klipp och strandbad nära. Huset är i nyskick och fullutrustat. Oxelösund är en fantastisk skärgårdsstad med många guldkorn att besöka. Bra kommunikationer med motorväg ända till oxelösund. 10 min med bil till Nyköping och endast 1 timme till Stockholm.

Mysig liten stuga på 15m2 med utsikt över bråviken. Badvänligt sjö 100 meter bakom stugan. Fantastiska promenadmöjligheter i Kolmårdsskogarna runt stugan! Egen Dusch, toalett ligger i en separat byggnad 20 meter från stugan. Stugan är utrustad med det väsentliga för korta vistelser. Kylskåp, kaffekokare, vattenkokare och Micro och husgeråd. Kokplatta o grill utomhus. Riinande vatten finns i duschutrymmet. Ta med er egna sängkläder och handdukar.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. List of the equipment on our web site savogard. You clean the cottage yourself before departure.

We are in a unique location with both nature and City life. It is 7 min walk to City center, 13 min walk to the harbour with restaurants, pubs, icecream and small shops( mostly in summertime). In the wintertime you can see fly fishing right outside. Stockholm Skavsta AirPort is only 15 min by car. We offer free parking outside or a garage for SEK 100/day. We have no WI-FI. Welcome to our oasis!
