A lovely week in October sunshine in Pefkos, the villa was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance (3 mins) to a great Greek restaurant. We were welcomed and shown round the villa 😀 wonderful relaxing week within 8 mins drive of Lindos and 10 min walk to centre of Pefkos. The villa is lovely and modern, a little small kitchen, but otherwise comfy beds, luxurious sun beds, lovely swimming pool and beautiful views Thank you 🙏 for the welcome food and drink - perfect after a long day travelling

If you are looking for a unique location, I highly recommend booking this beautiful home provided by Moschoula and her wonderful family. It's a hidden gem; where you can relax, swim, barbecue, have your own privacy and it is extremely accessible to visit the wonderful sites in Rhodes. Moschoula's hospitality went beyond and more! Thank you once again for all your kindness. We were extremely grateful with our exchange and we hope that we will have the possibility to come back to Greece one day. A home away from home. Magic!! We had an amazing 4-day stay at this lovely home in Rhodes, Greece. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and even included some thoughtful welcome drinks, which was a great touch. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, the Old Town, and other key spots. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted with arranging taxis to and from the airport and provided excellent local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rhodes!

We are currently driving back from the airport following our amazing week at the Royal albatross villa (2 adults, children aged 16, 13 and 10). We hired a car and drove down to Gennadi, being greeted by the lovely Donna. We loved the villa and felt very quickly right at home! We spent most of our time pottering around the patio and dipping in and out of the pool. The rooms were clean and having an en suite in each room suited us perfectly. I would recommend that the villa would not suit young children or anyone who struggles with stairs as there are quite a few and we found them quite steep. However, we did get used to them and it would certainly not stop us from returning! Exploring Gennadi and the multiple restaurants is a must. We did explore further a field, however, we always returned to Gennadi. Donna was so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, including recommending and booking our restaurants. Overall the villa was lovely and I would recommend wholeheartedly ❤

Wunderschönes Haus mit Pool in absolut ruhiger Lage, der Strand keine 100 m entfernt mit glasklarem Wasser und menschenleer. Um Ruhe und Erholung zu finden ideal. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind wie auch der Garten geschmackvoll gestaltet.

We booked for 7 adults and 3 children. The villa and location was prefect! Zohar was quick to respond to all our questions and accommodated an early check in and late checkout. The private beach access is amazing. They provided travel cots, high chairs, beach towels etc! I would highly recommend for adults or families.

Just finished a 3 night stay as a group of 5 friends (~35), we loved the house and the location! The pool was incredible! Also, Yiannis the housekeeper was such a great host, proactive communication, very helpful showing us around and a true gentleman and pleasure to meet! Highly recommend this house

We loved our stay here! The hosts mother lives below the apartment and greeted us as we arrived, took us upstairs and showed us around. She was so sweet and helpful and would greet us whenever we walked by in the coming days. The apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet area. It’s two blocks from a grocery store, a ten minute walk from the beach and a ten minute walk in the opposite direction from the old city. Would totally recommend.

Traumhaft privat und ruhig! Wer Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht, ist in dem Haus von Gudrun perfekt aufgehoben. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Die Unterkunft ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, egal ob es eine kleine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln ist oder Öl, Wasser, Obst, ja sogar Wein war vorhanden. Die ersten ruhigen Stunden sind also gesichert. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Highlight war für uns der total private Pool. Das Wasser war herrlich, er war sauber und die Poolliegen bequem. Wir konnten uns richtig gut entspannen. Tipp: Mietwagen ist bei dieser Unterkunft Pflicht. Am besten ist es aber, wenn dieser auch mind. ein SUV ist. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich aber auch um die wahnsinnig schönen einsamen Strände erreichen zu können, empfiehlt sich ein SUV und diese sind nicht einmal so weit entfernt von der Unterkunft. Wir waren sehr glücklich über unsere Wahl der Unterkunft. Danke Gudrun!

Wir hatten wundervolle 11 Tage in der Villa Cathrin. Die Nähe zum Meer ist traumhaft, die Anlage bietet viele Möglichkeiten die Urlaubstage abwechslungsreich zu gestalten (Tischtennis, allerhand Sandspielzeug, Gesellschaftsspiele, Billard). Wir hatten komplett unsere Ruhe und genossen die Abgeschiedenheit. Die Begrüßung war so herzlich - vielen lieben Dank noch mal dafür. Zu beachten ist: Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, denn die Villa ist sehr abgeschieden. Für uns waren es auch leider zu wenig Handtücher. Also lieber noch ein paar mitbringen. Die Unterkunft ist teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Pumpe des Pools ist nachts sehr laut, daher mussten die Fenster oft schließen. Das stellt vielleicht im Hochsommer eine Schwierigkeit dar. Diese Punkte schwächten unser positives Erlebnis aber keinesfalls und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Große Empfehlung!

Absolutely perfect!!!! Stayed here for a few weeks with my sister and we had the most amazing time. The most perfect location on the cutest street, and the hosts are genuinely so sweet and hospitable. I work remotely and the wifi was fast, good even for video calls! 10/10

Ein tolles kleines Häuschen, ruhig gelegen mit wunderbaren Meerblick. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren problemlos, alles war sauber. Es gibt sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und auch Sonnenliegen, ideal also auch für einen entspannten Tag im Haus. Die Eukalyptus Allee in Kolymbia ist nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Das Haus allgemein ist toll und entspricht komplett der Beschreibung, auch der Gastgeber war sehr schnell erreichbar und hat bei allen Fragen geholfen. Würde ich definitiv empfehlen und auch wiederkommen!:)

For those who love a quiet environment in an area with a lot of seaside resorts, a beach right outside of the villa, a stunning sea view, I would highly recommend Aristotelis's place. I spent hours just enjoying the view (and yes, it is as beautiful as the photo in the listing profile). Aristotelis communicated with us frequently before checking in. Despite we missed the ferry to Rhodes and had to check in the next day, Aristotelis was very patient and accommodative. When we arrived, the host personally met us (and with a cake to welcome us too) and made us feel welcoming. We could not be more pleased with his place, tastefully and comfortably furnished, more than enough space for our group of 3. If someone loves a quiet place with a sunning sea view right next to the beach, I would highly recommend Aristotelis's villa.

We stayed for a week at Manolis’ house with our 9-month-old daughter and had a fantastic time. The house is peacefully located, yet within walking distance of several restaurants and a quiet beach. We enjoyed many walks with the stroller. Just 5 minutes away, you’ll find a few nice restaurants, a supermarket, and a small, calm beach. A bit further—about a 15 to 20-minute walk—there’s a wider selection of places to eat and explore. We had a rental car, which we would definitely recommend for making day trips and visiting larger supermarkets. One of our favorite spots, Kanaloa Beach Bar, with amazing food, was a short drive south of the house. The house itself was very well equipped and ideal for a stay with a baby. Everything we needed for our daughter was available, including toys and even a lovely double sunbed by the pool (which isn’t shown in the photos). The only small downside was that the double bed in the bedroom was on the narrower side (about 140 cm wide). Manolis=superhost

Unser Aufenthalt in der Rhodos Paradise Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Villa ist sehr schön gelegen und man hat Blick auf das Meer und die Altstadt. Bis Rhodos Stadt sind es nicht mal 15 Minuten. Sollte man Lust zu feiern haben, ist Faliraki in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt sieht die Villa aus wie auf den Bildern - persönliches Highlight für mich: der Pool. Dieser befindet sich im wunderschönen und gepflegten Garten. Da kann man direkt abschalten. Außerdem gibt es dort genügend Liegen für alle, sodass niemand darauf verzichten muss. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand und war bei der Ankunft blitzsauber. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls direkt auf dem Grundstück. Michail als Gastgeber war immer Hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar. Er gab uns gute Restaurantempfehlungen und Tipps, was man sonst unternehmen sollte, wenn man in Rodos ist. Auch hier Highlight: Michael hat uns Grillgut besorgt damit wir gemeinsam grillen können. Manos & Christos were fantastic, could not have been more helpful. Villa Emerald was simply perfect, beautifully maintained, well equipped, spotlessly clean with the most amazing views. The beds are super comfortable with fresh linen change half way through our stay. If I owned a villa abroad, this is the team I would want to run it. Perfect in every way, highly recommended. Thank you Manos for the fabulous stay.

Such a beautiful villa within walking distance to the old town! It was roughly 20-30 minutes to walk into the old town (this was with a disabled guest who couldn’t walk too fast). Nearby, there are some mini markets and also a swedish bakery! There is also a bus stop just across the road to get to Lindos (massively recommend visiting). Michail was very kind, communicative, and a fabulous host! He helped us with a late check-out which saved us a huge amount of trouble! The villa is on a main road so the traffic can be very loud, even at night, but for us this wasn’t a dealbreaker. The kitchen is great and well equipped. The bathroom is a little unusual where both bathrooms are in the same room, just separated by a glass door. This was easily overcome by just agreeing to always use the furthest away shower so that people could still use the toilet in the first part of the room. Not really an issue - just to be aware! Overall, a BEAUTIFUL villa and I fully recommend to anyone!

Very attractive villa, plenty of room for a family of four. The big pool, lovely outdoor space and amazing views mean this villa is a real find. It’s very hard to find a quality villa with a pool within walking distance to a beach and shops and restaurants - this ticked all those boxes. The inside of the villa is really well done, modern and clean with great air-con. You can get a taxi to near by Lindos, St Paul’s Bay for €15 euro each way. Highly recommend this villa and the host Svetlana was lovely and responsive. Vlycha bay is pebbles so for sandy beach just do some day trips to Lindos, Pallas and St Paul’s. It was lovely and quiet. A 2 minute walk down the steep hill and there are two nice places to eat and drink as well as mini market or super market 10 minutes walk.

We’ve just returned from a 10 night stay at Christina’s villa. Everything was 5 star - we couldn’t fault anything. The villa was spotless and the decor was beautiful - very rustic and stylish. It had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Comfy beds, air con, toiletries and the outdoor seating areas were beautiful, over looking the church. It is in a fantastic location to explore the beauty of the Old Town, shops and restaurants, and very close to the harbour to go on boat trips too. Christina was extremely helpful with any questions we had and arranged the airport transfers, plus an additional transfer when our daughter returned to the UK early. We can honestly say this has been the best Airbnb we have stayed in 😊 Would 100% recommend!
