Our small 1 room apartment with about 24sqm is modern and well equipped, overlooking the garden. The apartment is located in an older house, in a rather quiet residential area and yet central. On foot you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, butcher, drugstore, as well as bus / train in 5-10 minutes. Parking is not a problem in the street and is free. The highway and downtown Giessen can be reached in 12 minutes by car. Marburg in 22 minutes.

It is equipped with roller shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofabed for 2 people serve as a sleeping place. A table and 5 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini kitchen, sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor and much more are available. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washer-dryer.
