I couldn't ask for more just a few minutes walk to the private beach, 24/7 shop and easy bus ride to the main beach

This place was everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing getaway! It was private, clean, and surrounded by fresh air, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The locals were incredibly polite and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The host and caretaker were super accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

We stayed at Mar’s Airbnb for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our mom’s birthday, and we had a wonderful time! The place was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a family vacation. Mar and the staff were all friendly and approachable, making us feel right at home. The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi signal—some areas had weak or no connection. But overall, the experience was great, and we’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway!

Great space close to all the main water activities and such! Fast WiFi for working as well (300 mb/s during off peak and on peak was around 200 mb/s). Great host, very responsive :)

Peaceful Paradise in Boracay’s Station 3 Our stay in Station 3 was truly unforgettable. The location offered the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Just a short 2-minute walk to the pristine white sand beach, we enjoyed the serene atmosphere away from the crowds, yet had easy access to delightful dining options nearby. Our host, Marilyn, was exceptionally kind and helpful. She ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and provided valuable local insights. The beach itself was breathtaking—powdery white sand and crystal-clear waters stretching as far as the eye can see. Station 3's relaxed vibe made it an ideal spot for unwinding and soaking up the natural beauty of Boracay. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in paradise. Very suitable for couples.

Great place! Really clean and nice and clean amenities. It’s a bit of a trek from the centre and not much around in terms of restaurants but it’s exactly what I was looking for. So peaceful and quiet which was ideal for remote work (although the wifi is a little spotty so I’d recommend buying some data). The kitchen is great to prepare meals and then watching sunsets on the terrace each night. Thanks Justin and Rodgie!

Chill place close to the beach. Rosaly and Hermes were friendly. Good ac and internet.

The place is clean and it’s near everything. dmall palengke is just outside, and the front beach is just a 3 min. walk. Bolabog beach is also about just 5 mins. walk.

Ms Pearl Joy was kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the check in time. The place is as listed. Complete and clean. She also communicated effectively and accomodated some of our requests. Wifi signal and mobile reception is good. The place is inside the Boracay Newcoast. There is a beach front exclusive for newcoast guests, its a few minutes walk but you can also hop in on the Comet shuttle service of the newcoast thats running from the entrance down to Cujo's Keyhole. Oceanway is located away from the busy hub of Boracay but not a problem at all as the Hop On Hop Off bus passes by oceanway, the HOHO bus is an effective transit to go around Boracay Island.

Definitely would stay here again! Loved the hassle free transportation we had from the airport to her place. I had a total of 4 people in my group so that was a huge plus! Once you got to her place, all the amenities of home you could possibly think of was there from kitchen utensils to towels, tissues, hangers and so much more. The balcony was very nice and spacious with nice views towards the beach. Being by station 3 made it easy to access so many restaurants and shops and of course the beach is a stones throw away! They even had complimentary Netflix which was nice added bonus. Overall it’s a great value, amazing location and her staff were so kind and helpful. I honestly can’t think of anything negative to say about the experience, so I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking to have an amazing Boracay experience! looked just like the photos. quiet and private with a short walk or motorcycle ride to the beach and shops. I will stay again my next trip to Boracay

The host is super friendly. His caretaker is so approachable. Always available when we need something. The place is great. Free from noise. Beach front is walkable same as the market. The aircon is super cold and the connection is fast (Since I'm a freelancer, this is a major thumbs up from me 👍) Will definitely go back soon. ♥️

We were happy and very satisfied with the place. It is just a few steps away from the beach, but not too near that you’ll be bothered by the noise of nearby restaurants. I like that you can easily enjoy the beach while having peace from too much people and bust of restaurants. I would definitely come back to Bora and stay in this place again. Thanks!

June was great at communication. We were met at the airport and guided all the way to the apartment. A first class service. We changed our plans at the very last minute due to us being unable to go to the Camotes due to the weather and came to Boracay. June was tremendously helpful especially at such short notice. A big thanks.

Everything was perfect. We loved staying here except for the fan light not working and the global island internet outage. it's a 5-10 minute walk to the beach with lots of restaurants and if you walk up, there is the main road that you can take the trikes etc. there is laundry service about 200ft from condo. The condo is not that close to d-mall where all the excitement is happening but it's a good scenic walk to that area (station 2). It's not overly crowded where the condo is located. my girlfriend and I enjoyed the 20 minute walks to the crowded area. my only complaint is the internet went down for the area the entire night. Elon needs to get his starlink together!

Located at the “back beach” is ideal for us. Interesting walks, not busy or noisy at night. The resort is small and staff very helpful. Room service offered and the little restaurant has some tasty food. The unit is large, comfy beds and ideal for a family with a couple of kids. Good powerful showers and effective aircon units. Ideal base camp for a vacation. Will definitely be back.

This is a fantastic place to stay. I loved relaxing on terrace with the sunset view for the pool chair was stunning. The bath tub was clean and inviting but too hot to enjoy during the day, even with the roof cover. The host was incredibly kind allowing me to check in early and stocking fridge with fresh fruits and snacks. The property is located on a hilly type of location so getting there is a bit of trek. While it’s manageable for fit travellers but challenging if you have heavy bags. Overall I’d recommend this place for anyone who is looking to unwind in peace with beautiful views of sunrise and sunset from your home place.

It's the perfect hideout for couples looking for a private retreat. Snugged in a quiet and high corner, this place is truly a gem. We were both so happy to have booked it. There's quite some steps to climb on your way up to the apartment but the view makes it totally worth it. The sunset view is magnificent. We rented a motorbike to move around as the resort is quite far in. But if you dont drive, the resort provides free daily shuttle too. There's cooking equipment provided and supermart is just 3 mins drive so it's very convenient. The staff are helpful and friendly, they give you a number to contact them anytime for help. Simply love this place!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and located in a peaceful area that made it easy to relax and enjoy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from well-maintained amenities to a beautiful surrounding view. What made the experience even better was the caretaker. Super friendly, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the area—gave us helpful tips on where to eat, what to explore, and even assisted us with some local arrangements. A month in Philippines with different locations and airbnb's and this was our favourite accommodation. Walk straight to the beach and the more quieter part which we preferred and the balcony views and the breakfast rooftop and the staff was so nice and friendly and accommodating. The location is great for those that wants less touristy but only thing I'd say is that we had to walk further down for a tricycle and the roads aren't developed so would've preferred a transport always ready but overall beautiful place to stay and so spacious and the bathroom is amazing, filtered water was there and serene accommodation.
