Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Stari Grad

The apartment was new, stylish, and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Arsenije was a very responsive and proactive host! We had a very restful stay. The only detail to note is that the apartment is on the basement floor, and the bedroom window faces an internal yard where people might come to smoke or relax — so it’s better to keep the window closed for a quieter sleep. With it done, our sleep was mostly perfect

We stayed for over two months at Igor's place, probably one of the finest locations in the city, right in the middle of everything you need. Apartment is squeaky clean with a great view, we had a great time!

Very nice and central appartment, close to the old neighborhood and town center, park and castle just around the courner. Supermarkets, bakery, public transportation, cafes, restaurants, all within a couple minutes reach. The communication with Lara was very fast, friendly and reliable. The city and the people are very friendly and interesting. Nearly everyone speaks English. Go to Belgrade, you will not regret it!

Drazen and Ivana are great hosts. We loved the space and convenience to central Belgrade with lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We hope to stay there again in the near future.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment looked exactly like the photos and was perfectly clean. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the city center, which made it easy to explore everything by foot. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Nemanja’s apartment for 4 nights. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable and exactly as described. The location is perfect and walking distance to great restaurants, bars and most tourist attractions. Nemanja was super friendly; a brilliant and highly accommodating host. We’ll definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Belgrade in the future and have recommended to friends already!

Location was good, in the new center as well as close to the old side (Knez Mihailova st.). Wonderful balcony view, though a bit windy. A parking place available, easy get in with apartmenent keys. Flat was as explained. Check in was very easy and Alexa was very helpful in responding every question just on time. We haven’t seen her but, she was with us whenever we need. Definitely would like to come back.

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

I think this was one if not the best AirBnb booking experience that we had. A beautifully designed, cosy and comfortable private house, right in the centre of Belgrade, surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and Belgrade’s beautiful architecture. Adrian, is most attentive, a wonderful host who will accommodate you and help you settle in, who you can count on if you have any questions, ranging from how the stove works to where is the best place to get groceries. Very interesting to talk to, had a lot of fun anecdotes and in general very charming and witty. We lived there for about two weeks and it was the best two weeks abroad we had, a true “Home away from home” experience. I cannot recommend the T.L.C high enough! Absolutely 12/10! Thank you!

Milka was a great host, she was immediately available for all questions and helped with advice and action. It is a very nice house and the complex is perfect for groups. Feel free to come back anytime!

We stayed here a week ago and I can say it was a very nice experience. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, just what we needed for our stay. It's true that it's a little far from the city center, but that wasn't a problem, especially since the area is quiet. The host was very kind and always ready to help us with anything we needed, which made everything much easier. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation, it was a good experience and we had a good time!

This apartment really stands out! You can walk to many city sights and there are great places to eat nearby. The apartment is modern, clean, cozy and has all the amenities listed. The host is super responsive and we were welcomed with refreshments. I would definitely stay here again, I recommend it with all my heart.

A very spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment right in the centre of Belgrade. Secure parking in the building. Stefan and his father were extremely helpful and welcoming and very responsive. Highly recommended.

The location is great, walking distance to a supermarket and shopping centre. Milo’s is an amazing host, super responsive and kind. The apartment is clean with a good AC and washing machine. I would recommend staying here :)

Neda's house is a 2-minute walk from Kneza Mihaila Street, so you'll be staying right in the center. You can walk to Brankov most, the riverbank, Kalemegdan, many museums and churches. Neda thought of everything that might be needed at home. It was comfortable enough to make me feel at home, including an iron and ironing board, cotton buds, shampoo, spare toilet paper, etc. As for Neda, she is an incredibly helpful, pleasant and sweet person and a caring host. I would like to thank him once again for his help in taking out and unloading the suitcase and for his help with urban transportation. In addition, when I wanted to take a boat tour, I was able to take a tour on the Sava River thanks to him researching and conveying the necessary information for me. If I have to go to Belgrade again, I'd rather stay at Neda's place. Thanks for everything Neda :)

Stayed in Aneta’s apartment for the second time. Still unbeatable experience in the center of Belgrade.

Mladen’s apartment was really clean, quite spacious and in a good locations. There are lots of nice spots nearby and the city center is about 10 mins walk. The host is very responsive, answered all our questions, provided a new iron when we found out that the previous one was broken. There were also water, coffee, spices and all the stuff needed for cooking which was really great and we could have breakfasts at home.

Djordje was a great host. I would highly recommend staying in his Airbnb as opposed to Dorcol or (especially) Belgrade Waterfront. His area is truly central to everything you would possibly want, and he has everything you need to have a fun trip. His apartment became my home away from home and I will really miss it.
