Logement conforme au descriptif. Le seul petit bémol étant la nuisance (circulation se calmant très nettement durant la nuit) ... on y était également lors de la finale, du coup un peu plus animé et plus longtemps, mais cela reste un détail. Boulangerie juste en bas de l'immeuble, centre commercial en face de l'immeuble. Le plus étant le parking privatif couvert.

我觉得这个房间整体来说非常好。从这里步行到C线火车站大概15分钟，居住环境周围很安静。房间内设备设施应有尽有，入住和退房也十分简单方便。总体而言，这是个性价比很高的地方，非常推荐。

Departamento pequeño y acogedor, muy bien arreglado. La terraza es un excelente lugar para disfrutar de un vino después de las largas caminatas por París. Eduardo contesta rápido y es muy amable. Muy recomendable!!!!

Fabulous location , close to everything and all within walking distance and close to pubic transportation Perfect for our party of three.Great to have AC in the bedrooms as the outside temperature on 3 days was 85 F.

Absolutely loved my stay at Monica’s!! Was informed perfectly, place is well secure and has enough space for 2. Balcony is astonishing. All the utilities and equipment work perfectly and are in great condition. Will definitely be wanted to stay here again in the near future and will be recommending to anyone I know travelling to Paris!!!

We really loved our stay at Nicolas’s place. He was very friendly and great at communicating. The location of the apartment was perfect, in quite a quiet street and at the back of the building. The area around the apartment was very good for bats and restaurants. The interior of Nicolas’s apartment is very unique and a real pleasure to be in. We would definitely stay again when we’re back in Paris as it feels like a real home from home and much better having the amount to space than in a small hotel room.

Daniel is one of the best AirBNB hosts that I have ever met. This place was newly remodeled, clean, comfortable, and secure. Daniel was accessible and helpful with any questions. My stay was great! I highly recommend!

This is a nice apartment, with very tasteful interior design and furnishing. Perfect for a couple of days in Paris. Marie-Luise was a great host, answering questions promptly. Also, she provided a list of her favorite places to see and have dinner at, which we took advantage of. I would definitely go back for another visit.

Isabelle ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin bei der man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das liebevolle und gemütlich eingerichtete Häuschen ist bestens ausgestattet, es lädt zum verweilen auf der Terrasse im Grünen ein. Die Entfernung in die Stadt ist wirklich schnell und einfach zurückgelegt. Wir könne einen Aufenthalt bei Isabelle wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce logement. L’appartement était conforme aux photos, très propre et bien équipé. Omar a été très accueillant et réactif, prêt à répondre à toutes nos questions et à nous donner des conseils locaux. Le check-in et le check-out se sont faits très facilement. Je recommande vivement ce logement à toute personne souhaitant profiter d’un séjour agréable et sans souci !

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Tout était propre, bien entretenu et conforme à la description. Madame Milka est une personne très accueillante, gentille et respectueuse. Elle sait vraiment mettre les gens à l’aise et se rend disponible si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. On se sent tout de suite comme à la maison. Celeste was very helpful on arrival and gave us a recommendation to the excellent Bruts, bistro 5 minutes from the apartment. The place was very convenient for Montmartre, shops and metro. The 2 level property was just what we needed for a base but we also had 2 meals there including one in the pleasant garden! Do use the projector TV in the bedroom. This apartment is highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the photographer’s house. We were two families traveling with four kids aged 10-15 and it was perfect for that. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of attention to decorating, and a fun new area for us to explore in a new area of Paris. The Communale Saint Oeun was a big hit with us for dinner. While the house is spacious and close to the metro and amenities like restaurants, antique markets and bakeries, it could sometimes be a long trek to spots in Paris - one night out was an hour each way to our restaurant - so just be aware when booking. Julien was a great host!

This listing is one of those rare listings that exceeded expectations. The space is a private townhouse in a very cute and safe area, that is a few minutes walk to 2 main subway lines that take you to the center of Paris within minutes. The entire place felt like it has been recently renovated. The kitchen appliances are modern, the bathrooms are clean and beautiful, and the bedrooms are spacious. The host was also a pleasure to communicate with. All communications were kind, and the host was very flexible and accommodating. This is one of the places that I would recommend to everyone!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Coffee was a challenge because the machine was not familiar to us. Could not find pods at the grocery store. We were used to the Nespresso original pods. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice kitchen. Loved our stay there. It is a bit of a challenge getting to tourist destinations in Paris. It is a bit of a journey on the subway if you are not driving (which is a challenge if you are not used to driving in Paris.) But we made it and had a wonderful time. (US citizens)

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

Logement tout à fait conforme à l’annonce, situé dans une rue au calme. Idéal pour un passage par le parc Astérix ou le château de Chantilly. Kamel nous accueilli lui même, ce qui est un petit plus.

It’s a good size apartment for Paris. Having two bedrooms an bathrooms allowed us space. One thing to note is one of the bathroom is without the WC/ toilet which is a separate ( almost like a powder room but without a sink). It seems this is very typical of Paris apartments. The kitchen was very well stocked. Having access of pots/ pans/ utensils/ dishwasher/ oven was a huge plus for us. It’s residential area so it was nice to see the local bakeries and grocery stores. Metro is very close.

Had a wonderful time staying at Joao’s place he was really responsive and helpful in terms of making sure everything was ready for me. I would highly recommend this property for travelling to Disney land or surrounding areas, and once again the hosts too as they were fantastic !
