Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.

Granny flat - LEGOLand nearby

The granny flat is 42m² and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate entrance. A TV with receiver is available. A king-size bed 2m x 2m and a large sofa bed for 2 more people is available. The train station and the shopping mile are within a 10-15 minute walk. LEGOLAND is only 25-30 minutes away.
