Modern 62 m² apartment by BHH Living in Ahaus for up to 4 guests. The apartment is set on one level and combines a bright living area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a 160×200 cm bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and an additional guest toilet. The balcony is a lovely spot for morning coffee, a relaxed breakfast or a quiet evening after a long day. The kitchen includes everything you need for your stay: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso capsule machine with a small starter set. Free Wi-Fi, self check-in via key box, good parking options, a freely available garage subject to availability and access to laundry facilities in the building on request make your stay easy and comfortable. Ideal for couples, small families, business travellers, family visits or longer stays in Ahaus. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

There is a walking & cycling path all round the lake which links up to many regional and national cycle ways and gets you into the centre of Winterswijk in about 10 minutes where you can indulge in shopping, culture, food and the local nightlife.

Modern and lovingly furnished apartment on two floors in a building renovated in 2023. On the 2nd floor there is the open living/dining/cooking area as well as an outdoor balcony with south orientation and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are under the roof. Two other sleeping places possible on the sofa bed. The apartment is very centrally located about 300m from the city park and 400m from the city center. Within a radius of 50 m there is a bakery with a café, a supermarket and a snack bar.

The "Münsterland Stadtlohn" apartment in Stadtlohn is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones. The 65 m² apartment features a living room with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to five guests. Located in the parallel street of the pedestrian zone and opposite the eye clinic, you will stay here centrally and yet quietly. Shops, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The castle garden with a beautiful Baroque castle is just a two-minute walk away. The apartment is about 15 km from Enschede in the Netherlands.

Our enclosed attic apartment offers plenty of space on 53 square meters, is flooded with light and quiet. It is located a few hundred meters from the Gemen Youth Castle and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the Münsterland park landscape and the NL. Two bakeries with breakfast offerings and an organic shop are a three-minute walk away. You can safely park and recharge your e-bikes in our garage. Two restaurants are also within walking distance.

On the Deäle

Around Winterswijk, nature sometimes seems to have stood still. Here, the idyllic streams still wind their way through the small-scale collis landscape with its woods, fields, lanes, wood walls and Scholtengoederen. In the farm "Pasman" (1340 first mentioned as Bovekinck) formerly part of Kasteel het Waliën, we have created a vacation home. Using old elements and applications of recycled materials in a modern jacket but with the comfort of today.
