The apartment fully matches the description, and even exceeds expectations. Totally worth the price — it’s rare to find this level of quality. We’re very happy with our stay!

It was the best experience. Aleksandra is a wonderful host; she was always available, and all my questions were quickly answered. She kindly allowed me to stay with my small dog and even offered helpful advice about a veterinarian when I needed it most. The apartment is fantastic—spacious, with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely terrace. The location is ideal: a quiet street, yet very close to the city center, with shops, restaurants, and everything you might need nearby. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung! Sie war hervorragend ausgestattet – von elektrischen Rollos über einen riesigen Fernseher bis hin zu einer sehr effektiven Klimaanlage. Die Betten waren äußerst bequem, und es wurde sogar extra eine zusätzliche Matratze für uns bereitgestellt. Die Lage ist ideal – alles ist gut erreichbar, und die Wohnanlage ist sehr sicher und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und extrem schnell in der Kommunikation. Ein kleines Problem mit dem WLAN wurde sofort behoben. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, but still close to the city center. It is very beautiful and extremely clean. It looked even better than in the photos. Ruzica is a great host. She was very friendly and gave us clear instructions. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment is a good option for a stay in Novi Sad. It is located in a new residential complex and has everything for living. We only missed a microwave, but there was an oven. From the apartment you can walk to all the city attractions, there are large shopping centers nearby, right in the building you have groceries and cafes. Sometimes it was a little noisy from the yard and neighbors. But overall, this is a great accommodation option that can be recommended.

Da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Wir waren zu 2t zur Tischtennis EM angereist. Die Unterkunft war rd. 1 Km von der Austragungsstätte entfernt (10 Minuten zu Fuss) Das Zentrum war 2 Km entfernt -> Perfekt Die Unterkunft war bei der Anreise leicht zu finden und wir hatten einen Stellplatz fürs Auto. Danilo hat sich immer zeitnah gemeldet und die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Also jederzeit würden wir da immer wieder einkehren

Ognjenka i njen muz koji me docekao su jako ljubazni i ucinili su sve da moj boravak bude ugodan. Stan je na dobroj lokacij i udoban za boravak. Za svaku preporuku!

Le logement est situé à proximité d'un centre commercial Promenada (McDonald's), qui est aussi l'arrêt de bus le plus proche pour se rendre à la gare routière (le réseau de bus de ville est assez compliqué: distance entre chaque arrêt très éloignée). Le logement est au 3ème étage (avec ascenseur). Le coin nuit dispose d'un "vrai" lit. Il y a la climatisation dans la pièce principale qui fonctionne bien. Dans la cuisine, il y a une bouilloire (dosettes de café à disposition), un micro-ondes, un micro-grill et un purificateur d'eau. Dans la salle d'eau, il y a une machine à laver et des conditionnements de gel douche, shampooing et après-shampooing. L'hôte a eu un empêchement mais a trouvé une solution donc nous n'avons pas été impactées (une personne nous attendait, à une heure convenue). Etant donné que le logement était vacant après notre séjour, Snezana nous a proposé de laisser la valise dans le logement jusqu'à notre départ et nous a suggéré de prendre une douche avant de partir ;)

Am avut nevoie de ajutorul gazdei pentru a pregăti o surpriză de ziua de naștere a iubitului meu, iar gazda a fost extrem de receptivă, implicată și de mare ajutor. Pe lângă sprijinul oferit, a venit și cu propriile idei pentru a face surpriza și mai specială. A comunicat constant cu mine și s-a asigurat că totul decurge perfect. Serviciile au fost de calitate 100%!

Dusan was a very helpful host and was able to give clear and very good local recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described and advertised at a great price. Dusan was very responsive and friendly, and overall the hospitality shown was great. I enjoyed a great stay in Serbia and highly recommend staying at Dusan’s property in Novi Sad.

The location was great (close to the city center) and the apartment had tasteful interior design. It's got all the amenities a couple could need. Duro was a great host who made us feel welcome. He had prepared a bowl of chocolate pralines and cookies, and stocked the bathroom with schampoo and conditioner. Small details like that goes a long way. We had no issues during our stay, but he still made sure that we knew we could call him if we needed anything. Highly recommended!

Everything was exactly as on the pictures, the check-in was flexible since it is contactless, and even though there was a technical problem with the internet (not due to hosts fault but rather the internet providers fault) and even though it was around 8pm, the host was responsive and friendly and helped resolve the problem quickly.

Definitely the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. So many thoughtful touches and the medieval theme was very charming. Very clean, amazing location across stairs to the fortress. Very romantic for a couple to stay in.

이때까지 머물렀던 숙소 중 최고라고 생각한다. 모든 게 만족스럽다. 원룸 형태인데 호스트가 관리를 상당히 잘 한다. 일단 깔끔하고 깨끗하고 둘째로 편의시설들이 상당히 잘 되어 있다. 냉장고 세탁기 Netflix 되는 스마트 TV 커피머신 등 있고 냉장고에는 센스있게 콜라와 물까지 있다. 그리고 모든 식기류들이 상당히 깨끗하다. 다른 숙소 가믄 더럽고 후라이팬은 기스 다 나 있어서 쓰도 못 할 정도인데 여기는 새 삥이다.
