Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and twin bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!

Cozy duplex located close to the freeway, Spokane Valley Mall, lots of restaurants located and very close to the super market. There is a huge backyard for the littles to run around. I live on 4225 west Crown ave the best way to access crown is off of Assembly take a right as you head East on Crown I am the 5th house on the right and it is red=steel siding, I drive a Red TOY Highlander that is typically in the drive way In the pictures I had a gold TOY Highlander at one time but now I got a red one Because I hit a deer with the gold one.
