Adorable Carriage House with amazing views!

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our carriage house is upstairs and has amazing views. One bedroom with a King bed is located on the main floor with a deck off the bedroom. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Flat screen TV with Xbox 1. The other two bedrooms are located in the open lofts. They have to be accessed by the ladder/stairs in the pictures. You will have access to our private pond and as much fishing as you would like. We also have kayaks you are welcome to use.

There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.

Great little place for a great place to stay. Tiny house with a railroad theme. Fence in the back for your animal. Reliable high speed internet for your stay. Full size bed and futon that can adjust to bed. The place does sit by the track so there a few trains that come through. TV has YouTube TV, Disney+, Netflix, HBO Max included. 15 miles to Fort Smith and 10 miles to Choctaw Casino.

Very nice small house. We were in town for a business trip and it was exactly what we needed. The house was clean and we'll organized. Very good clear description and instructions. Price was great. I've spent more staying in hotels not nearly as nice. Would definitely stay again

My family needed a getaway for a baseball tournament weekend, and these by far exceeded our expectations! It was a home away from home. Secluded, an area for kids to play safely, and very clean! The owner was very quick in any communication and it will be our place to book anytime we need to stay in that area! Side note: The wedding venue is also beautiful!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Heath’s place! The views were amazing, and it was just “out there” enough for what we wanted in our little weekend family getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub (which is covered and just across the gravel drive from the house) and the rocking chairs on the porch overlooking the lake! It was definitely buggy, so bring your bug spray and repellant devices for outside time! This is a total me-thing and not a criticism of Heath, but the house does not have ceiling fans! There is a box fan in the bedroom to compensate, but for fan addicts like myself, this might matter! :) I was very appreciative of the consideration to supply the box fan. Bathrooms were clean and nice, water pressure and temp was great. The beds are modest - Queen size I think - but extremely comfy! All in all a great stay! There were spices, dishes, and adequate utensils in the kitchen, but no storage supplies like ziplocks or plastic wrap so plan ahead if you’ll be cooking! Thanks so much Heath!

The house was wonderful and had a beautiful view just like shown in the pictures. There had been local storms and Katie was very good with letting us know if there were any issues and supplying anything we needed within minutes. It was a great stay, wish we could have stayed longer!! We would really like to go back for an addition stay, when we are in the area

From the second we pulled up to Ashley's charming train car, I knew this was probably going to be my favorite rental to date, and I wasn't wrong. I loved everything about my stay here. It's such a unique place to stay, the surrounds are beautiful and private, and Ashley is a great host! I loved sitting on the little patio and watching the birds and cattle. I didn't have any trouble finding the place, and everything was included for a comfortable stay. I will definitely book again next time I'm in town!
