Located about 3 miles from downtown Fort Smith and located in the central area of Fort Smith it doesn't take long to get about anywhere you want to go. The Gameroom and pool table provide entertainment for the indoor fun while the inground pool, diving board and grill are a blast for the family and friends when outdoors. Adorable Carriage House with amazing views!

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our carriage house is upstairs and has amazing views. One bedroom with a King bed is located on the main floor with a deck off the bedroom. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Flat screen TV with Xbox 1. The other two bedrooms are located in the open lofts. They have to be accessed by the ladder/stairs in the pictures. You will have access to our private pond and as much fishing as you would like. We also have kayaks you are welcome to use.

In the master bedroom we have a king size adjustable mattress that you can set to your exact preference. We are a quick drive to Fayetteville if calling the Hogs and great eateries is more your style!

Pocohantas Cabin/Hot Tub

Enjoy a family getaway or a a peaceful stay with your significant other at this cabin, inside you will find a king bed and a sleeper sofa downstairs and 3 twin beds upstairs, a kitchen with cookwares and dining ware, a full size stove and oven, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a washer & dryer. NEW WiFi as APRIL 2026 Outside there is a back deck with a 5 seat hot tub, a front deck with a table and 2 chairs. About 20 feet from the back deck there is a fire pit.
