Im unteren Stockwerk befindet sich eine Küche und die nötigsten elektronischen Geräte. Ein gemütlicher Wohn-Essbereich lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Duschwanne. Die Toilette ist separat und wird durch ein Wandgemälde geschmückt. Über eine Treppe geht es ins obere Stockwerk, in dem ein großes Bett tiefen Schlaf garantiert.

The small fine studio apartment is about 30 sqm and has a beautiful large south-facing balcony with large awning over the entire width of the balcony. A morning breakfast can hardly be more beautiful. There is a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a bunk bed for one person directly above the sofa bed, and the small pantry kitchen serves to prepare Frisian delicacies. A hallway separates the apartment from a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

Guests have their own terrace with furniture.

You'll love our place because of the pure nature and the direct beach location. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. In the immediate vicinity is an EDEKA market incl. a bakery, post office and laundry.

Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
