Nice, clean and comfortable place. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Our stay was perfect—better than we expected. The apartment was spacious, cozy, clean, and filled with natural light, offering a relaxing atmosphere. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was very convenient. The complex has a swimming pool and a small shop, both major advantages. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed: a large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle, and even beach towels, which was a nice surprise. We stayed as a group of three adults and two kids, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Each room had air conditioning for added comfort. The balcony, shaded in the morning, was perfect for breakfast or evening relaxation. Though some trees partially blocked the sea view, it was still lovely. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was perfect. Bulgaria may not be my top destination, but I would definitely return to this apartment.

Perfect location just a few minutes walking from the centre. The apartment is on the second floor of a house (separate entrance, can be seen on photos) located on a quiet street. Everything needed as amenities can be found, the place was perfectly clean, smelled amazing. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, stylish modern furniture and decorations. I feel incredibly happy and grateful to have spent a vacation with my kids at Velichka’s place. She is one of the most radiant, positive, and helpful hosts I’ve ever met! I felt right at home—it’s cozy, warm, and has everything a family could need for a long vacation. Plus, the beach is just across the road. We had a wonderful stay. The place looked exactly the photos—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials. Check-in was super flexible, and the host provided clear and helpful instructions. The terrace had a stunning view, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The location was also perfect—just a short walk to the Sea Garden, close to the city centre, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and fast food spots. There’s even a store right downstairs, which was super convenient. The bathroom was modern and very clean, and the neighbourhood felt safe and quiet with no noise at night. Overall, the stay was definitely worth the cost. I’d absolutely book again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Очень гостеприимные хозяева! Встретили нас по своей инициативе на автостанции, за что отдельное спасибо))) апартаменты отличные, вай фай на очень высокой скорости. Порекомендовали несколько интересных заведений, подсказали где находится парк аттракционов для детей, где лучшие пляжи. Впечатления о поездке остались самые лучшие.

The house is in a great location, easy to get to the beach and the town of Sozopol. Our family had a great time!

We had a great time and will be back. The location was great, steps away from a small beach.The place was spacious, private, clean, quiet and we enjoyed the amenities. We were grateful to have A/C and a kitchen. Our hosts were really nice, proactive, super helpful, very flexible and gave us good recommendations. Definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely a fantastic spot looking over the ocean, everything needed was supplied excpet 1 thing, a kettle. Being a Brit a kettle is important, but we worked around that tiny thing. You can walk to many excellent resaurants in a couple of minutes and Old Nesebar is a beautiful place. The actual appartment was very clean and well presented with plenty of room for four adults. Overall an excellent visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again or recommend to anyone who wanted to have a superb base in old Nesebar.

Es un apartamento genial que tiene de todo y no le falta de nada. Tiene unas vistas muy buenas y me atrevería a decir que es mucho mejor que en fotos. Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa y muy cómoda, nos lo pasamos genial. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

C'est une petite et belle Riviera du côté de Bourgas ! L'appartement est flambant neuf, plein de style et de goût et très propre. Il a tout ce dont j'avais besoin. C'est ici que je passerai les prochaines vacances d'été. Le jardin devant la terrasse est très beau. La piscine est grande et très propre. Les draps et les serviettes sont blancs comme neige. Merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité et votre aide!

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Es gibt alles, was Sie für einen schönen Urlaub brauchen. Wir fühlten uns fast wie zu Hause. Es war sehr cool! Das Meer ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, in der Nähe befinden sich Geschäfte (bis 24 Stunden geöffnet) Bank, Apotheken, Restaurants usw. Gastgeber Rosvitas war sehr hilfsbereit, war immer in Kontakt mit uns und hat uns jedes Mal blitzschnell geholfen, wenn wir Hilfe oder Rat brauchten (z. B. bei Problemen mit dem Internet schickte er uns noch am selben Tag einen Master, der alle Probleme behob). Rosvitas ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Wir danken ihm und seiner netten Managerin. Dass der Pool nicht funktionierte, war uns egal! Wir sind nicht wegen dem Pool nach Sozopol gefahren, sondern wegen dem Meer und ans Meer! Und auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man in Sozopol immer irgendwohin gehen,hier gibt es wirklich was "Schönes" zu sehen und zu erleben. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Great location - a short walk from Burgas train station. Beautiful appartment. We had a comfortortable stay.Very clean . We received a warm welcome -lovely to be met by host. Home from home with everything you need for a self-catering city break including a kitchette and washing machine. We found the firm thick deep mattress very comfortble and there was an option of extra pillows and bed cover . Being in Burgas town centre, naturally it is noisy.

I had an incredible stay at Plamena’s home! The place was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ever need. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, making sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect for me.
