Wow, what a beautiful location. And such a lovely house. There was a an original sauna on the lake which allowed us a true Finnish experience. Elina was the perfect host. She was always responsive and keen to ensure we had a great time. Anyone booking this place will not be disappointed. We will be returning- maybe when there is snow on the ground. Great place to stay! Has everything needed for a great vacation and the location is superb. Bikes and boats are provided for free. We really enjoyed exploring the lake by boat. We are looking forward to coming back one day :)

Great place in a quiet area. Good equipment for making your own snacks and you can get to the airport from the destination really easily. Teemu gave good instructions on the outcome of the property, etc. I give 5/5 points.

We booked this place for our family: 2 adults in our 40s, 2 grandparents in their 70s, and 1 child. The two cabins comfortably fit us all. We really enjoyed staying here and having a taste of Finnish "mokki" life. The sauna worked well, and the lake was perfect for swimming. We also enjoyed the row boat and outdoor fire pit for making "makkara". Given climate change realities, the inclusion of an air conditioning unit in the main cabin was a big plus! I would stay here again, and recommend it to others.

Very nice cottage, the 7-person crew could accommodate well. Everything worked without a hitch: easy check-in, good kitchen utensils, nice sauna with two showers - and we were able to stay at the cottage for up to a few hours on the day of departure, thanks! Firewood in the shed as we kept the fire in the fireplace on the deck. The gas grill on the deck worked well. We especially liked the surroundings of the cottage: the beautiful pine cloth terrain inspired the walks, and we even went to the nearby pond to water the winter coats (lovely sandy beach)! Two kilometers away, you'll find the Sacrifice Fountain and the Cold Mill, beautiful natural sites where we took a little walk. Thanks to Tiina for a nice cottage weekend - here we'd love to come back!

It's a lovely and well equipped house in a very calm area. I attended an event in the region and needed a place to relax and feel at home and this place was perfect.

We found this house perfect for a "workation", as we enjoyed the beautiful lake and the garden, as well as the living room for working from our laptops. There's an amazing amount of natural light, the house has warm colors, and nice plants. We recommend trying the boat, it's very fun.

We stayed at Jaakko’s cottage for our wedding day, and it was truly the perfect choice. After our ceremony, we headed there with our family and friends to continue the celebration—and everything was just magical. Jaakko was incredibly friendly and accommodating from the start. He was flexible with the number of guests we brought and allowed our loved ones to spend time comfortably at the cottage without any stress or strict time limits. His welcoming attitude made us feel completely at home, which meant so much to us on such a special day. The cottage itself was beautiful and cozy, surrounded by peaceful nature—a wonderful setting for creating unforgettable memories. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared. It gave us the perfect blend of celebration and relaxation. We can’t thank Jaakko enough for helping make our wedding day so smooth and memorable. Highly recommended for any couple looking for a warm, spacious, and charming place to stay!

Juha was a fantastic host — warm, communicative, and thoughtful. The cottage was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with a beautiful terrace and even a new TV. We especially appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and we felt very welcome.

A little slice of heaven this one! Just THE perfect place to relax. The cabin has everything you need (and more!) and is presented beautifully. Sadly, we were only staying for one night but managed to pack in rowing the boat, a sauna & a sunset swim in the beautiful lake. Veera was a great host, responsive and friendly. Would recommend very highly!

Nuuksio National Park is just minutes away and offers beautiful trails and scenery. It’s an ideal spot for anyone looking to relax and disconnect. Nice cabin in the owner's yard. The lovely wood sauna was just right for two and good steam! We found everything you need in the cabin. The owners were friendly and the dog was cute! It's hard to swim when there's so much plant in the water. That was the only minus. However, the owner kindly tried to rake it off so we could take a dip after the sauna!

Very complete, cozy and beautiful cottage in a beautiful place. The hosts were very helpful and responded very quickly. 5/5!
