Спасибо большое хозяину, был очень вежлив и отвечал на сообщения быстро🙏🏻 Мы остановились на месяц, в доме было все для того чтобы мы могли жить, со всеми удобствами. Есть бассейн, тренажерный зал, так же в самом жилом комплексе имеется магазин, кофейни. Если немного пройтись, то есть большой торговый центр. Нам это очень понравилось. Мы ни разу не пожалели, что остались в этом доме на месяц. Всем рекомендуем. А так же хотелось бы подметить, тот факт что хозяин хороший человек. Когда мы выезжали, забыли ноутбук. Хозяин нам на такси отправил, мы за это очень благодарны🙏🏻 таких хороших, чутких, благородных людей в наше время мало, спасибо вам большое господин Irvan🙏🏻

The place is nice, quite big for 6 guests, and the lobby is also helpful though they really ensure us will not make any trouble as visitor. The facility like swimming pool and shopping area is close and great. Perhaps additional complementary such as tea and coffee will make it much better. It’s small things but I believe important for any guest.

We stayed for one month and had a wonderful experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. All the essentials were provided — including towels, shampoo, toiletries, quality cookware, and cleaning products — which made our long stay very convenient. The building has a gym that opens at 6 AM, which was a great bonus, and AEON BSD Mall is within walking distance — super convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a mosque about a 15-minute walk away, perfect for Jumu'ah prayers. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you again!

Perfect Family Getaway! Our family had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's apartment. From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. Had a great stay at the apartment. I booked it last minute due to another hotel cancellation. Revy quickly messaged me once I booked the place, and she gave me clear instructions on how to get access and also kept me posted on the progress,s given it was a last-minute booking. Easy to communicate and fast response. The place was homey, clean, had good surroundings. The internet was stable, complete amenities, and very private at the same time. Would consider staying at this apartment again. Thank you Revy! :)

Thank you Christina, we honestly felt like it’s my own condo, super clean and cozy! The apartment complex has tons of great facilities too. You can explore the nearby botanical park or use the private access to The Breeze, an outdoor mall filled with cafes and restos. Overall, it was a super duper good stay! Just a heads up: the bed is on the firmer side, so far it’s no problem for us since we’re used to firm mattresses (no sore backs in the morning!), but it might be less comfy if you’re used to something softer. See u at the next occasion!

Pros: - Spotless cleanliness - Fully equipped amenities (gym, pool, etc.) - Walking distance to AEON Mall - Accurately represented in listing Cons: None! The apartment's maintenance and organization impressed us. Host's communication was seamless. Ideal for shoppers, families, and professionals. We'll definitely return!

This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

I stayed for 2 nights here, the owner was super helpful and welcome me and my big family to celebrate occasion in her place, i like everything about the house and the safety too. Overall i have pleasant experience and will comeback again for sure

Rumah bersih, nyaman, dingin, keluarga senang bisa ngumpul dan main PS5 yang disediakan. Peralatan dapur lengkap, ada mesin cuci best! Thankyou ya. bakal rekomen tempat ini kalau ada keluarga / teman mau nginep lagi.

Rumahnya nyaman, worth it sm harganya. Tempatnya juga strategis. Fasilitas perumahannya oke bgt ada kolam renang, lap tenis dan taman bermain. Anak saya puas bgt nginep disini. Fasilitas didalam rumah juga super komplit, bersih juga. Cuma 1 aja yg minus, listriknya ga cukup klo nyalain 3 ac sekaligus, lsg anjlok. Selebihnya okee smua.. next klo ke daerah sini pasti milih nginep sini lagi deh

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Thank you for the lovey stay Adit. The place was sparkling clean. And i love the decoration of the room which lifts up my mood. Everything was in good condition (or i might say best). Adit was also very responsive and nice. Will definitely stay again in Adits house.
