Kid-friendly holiday rentals in South Holland

Traveling in Europe for two months and this has been our favorite place. Coby was so friendly and helpful. We spent time with her and her husband Wilem and feel we’ve made Dutch friends.

Hans was a great host, the check in process was smooth, and we loved seeing the artwork and ceramics in his gallery and throughout the apartment. The location was perfect for exploring Gouda and the surrounding areas. We had a great stay and would 100% recommend!!

The apartment is great, but the absolute highlight is the terrace on 3 sides of the house, right on the water. The large glass fronts in the living room provide a view of the water, which makes the apartment special even in cool temperatures. The only downside is that you'd rather not go on an excursion, but just stay in the apartment.

We spent a great weekend in Jacqueline's small vacation home. You live very quietly and the accommodation is perfect for three people. The communication was easy, Jacqueline had good tips for the area and we felt completely comfortable. The breakfast provided in the refrigerator, which was there when we arrived, was particularly courteous. This way, you could save yourself the first purchase. The connection to The Hague is very good with the train station a 10-minute walk away. You can also get to Rotterdam and Delft quickly with Jacqueline's tips for free P+R parking at the train stations. We would keep coming back!:)

It was a very pleasant stay, from there it is not far to Rotterdam to experience culture and also not far to the sea. Very versatile and relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay while attending a workshop in Haarlem. The place is very nice and modernly furnished, everything was super clean, the garden is fantastically beautiful and communication with Bou was great. We would recommend it to anyone:)

Great accommodation from which various excursions are possible, the beach, Leiden and the bulb region.

We loved our long weekend in Nieuwland. This is a tiny village so very quiet and peaceful, but just a few minutes drive from the motorway. The house was exactly as described and very comfortable for our group of 3 people. Everything worked great- lovely kitchen, powerful shower and a tv with a guest Netflix account. We were disappointed we didn't get a chance to sit outside in the courtyard due to the rain. We would happily return and would recommend to anyone who wants peace and quiet away from town. We found the loft cozy and the view of the garden was beautiful. Brigitte always responded quickly. Perhaps in the future we will come back so that my husband can run in the dunes 😉

Quiet, peaceful, clean and luxurious apartment in Den Haag. Just as described in the listing, with easy access to public transit and groceries right around the corner. Impeccably decorated. Gonny was so kind and helpful and made us feel right at home. We would absolutely stay here again.

The flat is in a lovely 17th century house on the canal. It is a 15 minute walk from the station which is very convenient if you’re travelling around to other places as we did. Marjan is very nice and communicative.

We had a lovely few days at Yvonne’s place, enjoying the beautiful and peaceful countryside from their really excellent apartment. The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, quiet and fully equipped - perfect for our needs and with the benefit of a lovely outdoor space to enjoy hot days and warm evenings. We would certainly return. Yvonne and Rob were outstanding hosts - friendly, helpful and generous - and we are happy to recommend both them and their apartment.

The stay with Marjolein and Michiel was extraordinarily beautiful and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambience with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site of the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, and Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at Bert and Marieke's spacious apartment. We were welcomed by Bert who helped us with our luggage up the stairs and showed us into their well appointed 2 bedroom apartment. It had everything we could need. The apartment was beautiful. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Bert and Marieke.

The space is amazing with natural sunlight coming into the living room area. It is definitely big enough for 2 or 3 people. The kitchen has all the basics that are necessary for basic meals.

Mariska & Boaz were super cooperative, polite and ready to help even at odd hours. The town is beautiful and relaxed with good connectivity to Amsterdam Central. Though we missed the tulips just by a week still overall worth it. Highly recommend anyone who wants to stay at walking distance from the tulip fields

Margriet greeted us personally and showed us everything. The apartment was cozily furnished and everything you needed was there. The bus stop and a supermarket are also nearby. The location was very quiet and we were able to park in front of the door. To the beach it's a 10-minute bike ride. We were able to use Margriet's bikes for free. Everything great!

We were greeted personally by Remy and he showed us the apartment and explained how to operate the hot tub. He also gave us recommendations for the area. We were always able to reach him via message and he was very helpful. The apartment and jacuzzi are very private so you feel comfortable. In addition, the accommodation was super clean and pleasant accents were set by fresh flowers.

Visiting the area, we stayed at Yvonne's place; good location, quiet, well decorated and clean. Responsive and welcoming host.

Great apartment with good amenities in an optimal location to the beach and the promenade. Very quiet. Very friendly and nice contact. Loving furnishings with small touches. Kitchen with coffee machine. Coffee, jam were even included. Parking nearby. However, we did not move the car during our stay. Everything was good and easy to reach by bike and public transport. If there was anything to complain about, a few hooks for jackets inside would be good. You don't have a sea view from the apartment, but just around the corner and you were there. Conclusion: We were here in the area for the first time. If we want to come back here again, we'd like to stay in this apartment again.

This was a great place to stay in Den Haag - very central, on a lovely street and everything was easy to reach. It was perfect for our trip, with everything we needed and a nice atmosphere.

We had a great time at Carlien's lovely studio!The studio is very tasteful and lovingly furnished-we felt immediately comfortable! Great was also the beautiful terrace,which belongs to the studio and the 2 associated bicycles. We used it a lot! Carlien is a very kind,warm hostess who was always available - we will definitely come back to this cute studio- it was a great vacation!
