Lovely hosts, accommodating and helpful. Responsive and kind, took good care of me and my family. The flat is in a great location, you can’t beat it. The flat is small but has everything you need, and it’s been recently renovated, charming. Would go back to spend more days in this fantastic area.

The hosts are very welcoming, and gave good tips on local restaurants. The apartment is on a quiet street, beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed our stay there!

The apartment is really nice . Very good beds clean tastefully decorated . Espresso and small snacks are ready . Everything you need is there. However, you have to drive about 40 minutes by bus to be in the center. We liked this away from the tourist center. And there are 2 bathrooms which we felt very pleasant.

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Andrea is a fantastic host, the stay was impeccable and communications easy and timely, not least he perfectly managed an inconvenience created by the person who was staying with me.

THE BEST! My first view out the small terrace was possibly the most beautiful I will ever see: a large mountainside of fields, olive and grape vineyards, quaint homes and large monasteries, winding roads and long high speed passenger trains! Inside, the design and materials of this home cannot be beat: a beautiful combination of 3000 year old history stocked full of modern comforts! Open the doors and windows and feel the breeze waft through smelling of honeysuckle and jasmine. Giovanni’s Castle on the Rock is just amazing. We especially were interested in the Orvieto tuff caves dug by the Bronze Age Etruscans. Beneath our feet were two floors of these caves, beautifully finished and lit with marble and tile floors and steps. Nearby were two more remarkable systems of caves: Il Labirinto and Della La Cava. The latter is less than a block away. Both are far better than the Orvieto Underground! Treat yourselves to this delightful discovery! It’s the perfect rest stop in a medieval city!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

The house is as beautiful as in the photos. It is also very pleasant to live in. The large pool makes young and old happy. The fully fenced grounds are a real plus, our dog was able to explore the premises independently. Everything is done to ensure that visitors have a wonderful vacation. We also enjoyed the olive oil and fresh vegetables brought by the market gardener next door. Catharine is a lovely and very available host. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful time staying with Andrea. He was very welcoming and always available to help. He assisted us with great recommendations and with booking restaurants and wineries. The tower itself is a truly unique place, and the peaceful surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for our stay.

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

Our stay in Pitigliano was incredible! Check-in was super easy, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful—guiding us with parking, luggage, and making sure we felt right at home. They even recommended the BEST restaurant in town! After two weeks in Italy, I can confidently say this charming city had the best service, most welcoming staff, and hands down the most delicious food—those sausages were unforgettable! There was a bit of noise in the master bedroom since the wall connects to the restaurant next door, but thankfully the apartment had a second bedroom where we could place our light-sleeping toddler, and it worked out perfectly. Pitigliano is such a unique gem, and our stay made it even more memorable. Highly recommend!

We only stayed in this apartment for one night but it was a perfect stay. The house is cared for in every detail, nothing is left to chance and everything you need is inside. Matilde and her mother welcomed us pleasantly and were very kind and helpful in responding to any need. Perfect location if you come to Rome for events at the Olympic stadium as this is only a 10-minute walk from the house... in addition, the metro stop is a few steps from the house so you can quickly move to other areas of the city. I will definitely be back and I absolutely recommend it.

Everything was perfect! Highly recommended, the apartment was perfect and the hosts were super friendly. Very comfortable for going to the racetrack.

This place is amazing! Highly recommend. It was our final Airbnb on our trip (3 total) and definitely the best. The space was perfect for the 8 of us (two families of 4). It was clean and she had thought of everything as far as amenities. From a well stocked kitchen to extra towels, she had it all. Plus it’s air conditioned and has a washer, which is a big plus. It’s also very conveniently located a short walk from the metro and many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. The host is also very responsive and efficient in her communication. Definitely consider this apartment for your trip! You won’t be disappointed!

Where do I start! Lila was a great host from start to finish. Her guides and top tips on what to do in Rome were incredibly helpful. Her home was beautiful and so clean- the pictures don’t do it justice. Her apartment is well equipped for anything you’d need during your stay. Lila was super responsive and answered our many questions. Honestly a great host- would recommend to everyone!

If there was a Five Star Airbnb experience, this would be it. First off, Jacopo and Tony were just so welcoming. They ensured our arrival from airport to the Airbnb was seamless. Jacopo gave us a flexible check in. They so kindly helped carry in our luggage! Greeting us was a welcome gift and we had a personal tour of the space. Their Rome Manual was easily the most professional resource I've ever seen. The space itself was so tastefully decorated. There's a very convenient lift. The neighborhood was quiet. The patio space was spacious. The beds were very comfortable (so was the couch!) and the showers had great water pressure. The washer and dryer were easy to use. We actually had an issue (independent of Airbnb) and Jacopo thoughtfully looked into helping us out. We really felt this was a highly professional team and I really could just list so many other aspects we greatly enjoyed. It was truly, truly a special experience. Thank you so much Jacopo!

Gianluca and Alessandra are wonderful hosts. Their place is so cute and spacious. We liked having the washer/dryer. They are extremely responsive and helpful. They have a variety of options for dining which were delicious. This airb/b is an outstanding choice in Orvieto.

Can not fault the stay in anyway, the condo is fully kitted out with everything you need. The door to the apartment is like a vault with multiple locks so we felt really safe also there are shutters on the balcony doors you can shut to add to safety+they black out the room for better sleep. Very close to local transport links. View from the apartment is amazing and I loved the dog park (not to noisy) the Culture is great. Luvic as a host is all you can ask for and more so big thank you to him. Highly recommend thanks again guys 🤍
