Welcome to the little village Bosnäs. Just 10 km from the city of Borås. In this tiny house you live very cozy and comfortable. The house is placed in the garden but you will have enough space from the main house and your own privacy and parking. There is a bed for two (160 cm) and a sofa. The small kitchen works perfect for simple cooking. Bathroom with toilet and shower. You can borrow our paddle boards. Bedlinen are towels are not included in the house. Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. Vi har brugt lang tid på at renovere vores lille træhus med upcyclede byggematerialer, indrettet det med arvestykker og loppefund, og er nu klar til at få gæster på besøg. Huset ligger i vores frugthave, tæt på natur, skov, gode strande, middelalderbyer, Fuglsang Kunstmuseum og langt fra larm - med undtagelse af vores vagtler og fritgående silkehøns, som godt kan finde på at gale engang imellem. Huset er 24 kvm stort, og har derudover en hems med sengepladser nok til fire personer.

Kom og nyd naturen som omgiver vores tiny house kun 150 meter fra fjorden og klinten. Huset ligger på en stor grund, hvor vores eget “rigtige” hus ligger, men I kan slappe af i fred på den tilhørende private træterrasse. Vandreruten, Halsninoen, går lige forbi. Det rolige vand i fjorden indbyder til lystfiskeri, kajak og SUP. Lynæs surfcenter i nærheden tilbyder bl.a. instruktion i kitesurf og kajak samt lækker mad og live musik. Der står cykler til gratis benyttelse til jer.

Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km). Det finns utemöbler och möjlighet att grilla. Fem minuters gångavstånd till både affär och pizzeria. 7 minuter från E6:an motorväg. Ca 1 mil till närmsta stad, Landskrona, där det finns fina badplatser, shopping och mycket annat.

Fantastic unique tinyhouse that fits 4 grown ups or a family with up to 3 kids. You have everything you need: bathroom, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The beach is 400 meters away. The metro is 500 meters away. The city centre is only 4 stops, and the airport 2 stops. It is a perfect House for when you want to explore the city and need a place to eat and sleep.
