Welcome to our newly built apartment in scenic Kalvsvik, 25 km south of Växjö. The accommodation is located at the northern part of Åsnens and in the area there is the possibility of a lot of outdoor life in beautiful nature. Close to swimming area, general store, padel court, gas station and car repair shop. The apartment consists of one bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower. Open-plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed and view of the patio as well as the fields outside.

City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, but only if you love each other – the foldout-futon has been converted to a flat-bed with top mattress due to guests getting back-aches. 140 cm wide. Smoking on the balcony – only – is okay. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.

3 gæsteværelser med i alt 5 enkeltsenge, hvor 2 kan laves om til dobbeltværelser. I stue etagen stort værelse, køkken, spisestue med udgang til have, pejsestue samt lille toilet med vaskemaske/tørretumbler. På første sal er der et stort badeværelse med bruser, et enkeltværelse samt et dobbelt værelse med stor garderobe. Huset har 2-3 skriveborde og et veludrustet køkken med amerikansk køle/frys. Fremstår rent og nyt. Møbleret med nye senge og sofa men antikviteter har også fået sin plads.

Start the day with a ready breakfast. Then decide: active or absolutely nothing? Golf is five min away – unwind later in the hot tub with a glass of cava as the sun sets. Feel like fishing? Catch dinner in Kävlinge River and fire up the grill. Hiking in Söderåsen? Let the spa and fireplace handle your recovery. Prefer cobblestones and cathedrals? Lund awaits – and Netflix is waiting when you return. Everything’s included: made Kingzibed, breakfast cleaning, firewood and EV charging.

Peaceful & Fully Equipped Retreat

Kick back and relax in this peaceful, comfortable space In the area, there are good transport links and proximity to shops as well as Jägersro Center. Bus line 5 that takes you all the way into Malmö Centrum (15-26 minutes). but also to Rosengård Tågstation (8 minutes) which takes you to Hylliestation and famous Emporia in 15 minutes and also to Malmö Central Station in 17 minutes. The annex is located in our garden, directly down to the water. You can just walk down the stairs and take a dip! Or take a walk in our orchard and forest, greet our Scottish Highland wall and enjoy the view on all sides - we live on a peninsula - Draget. It is a scenic area with forest, beach and bird life. There is the possibility of lovely walks by the beach, on the dam and possibly a longer trip Skalø around.

Detached cottage with a fireplace

A cozy cottage that is newly renovated and has amenities such as internet, TV and washing machine. Access to the host's Netflix. For those who want to relax, there is a fireplace with access to free wood. Kitchen with stovetop and oven. There is also a large fridge and freezer. On the plot outside the cottage, there is access to a boule court, gym and barbecue area. Parking is available.

Our apartment oversees the transformation while enjoying the privacy and views. Come and witness the change and enjoy the parks, shops and cafes of the centrally located Vesterbro district.
