Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Songshan District

Ich kann diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Sie war genau richtig für mein Wochenende in Taipeh und hatte alles was man für ein paar Übernachtungen brauchte. Sie war sehr gut (und auch ruhig) gelegen und ich konnte vieles wie beispielsweise den Flughafen Songshan zu Fuß erreichen. War insgesamt sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

My sister and I stayed at Ting Ting's place for 4 nights. The apartment is brand new and spotless. It is ideally located on Raohe Night Market Street - which has some of the best street food we tasted in Taiwan - but at the back of the building so it's perfectly calm. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, providing indications and pictures to get to the apartment and waiting for us there. It's conveniently located near the metro station which connects directly to Beimen station which is itself connected through underground corridors to Taipei Main Station where some airlines allow early in-city luggage check-in. I would definitely stay there again.

We got so lucky picking this location! Less than a 10 minute walk from the Train station, the Roahe Street Night Market, the Wufenpu Shopping District, and several coffee shops. It was also a quick $6 Uber to Taipei 101 ( MUST visit the Observatory, Bar 196, and Alchemy Speakeasy!). The space was beautiful and comfy. Best 2 nighys sleep we had during our 10 day Taiwan adventure. It is a second floor space up a steep set of stairs, pretty easy, but good to know if you do have trouble with stairs. The hosts were AMAZING. Met us at an easy spot to find, walked us to the door and showed us how everything worked, including the rooftop washer and dryer (which we needed after a week of adventures). The icing on the cake- We ended up with extra luggage, so we needed a large van to the Taoyuan-Tapei Airport. Danielle booked us a van much cheaper that any Uber or online Booking service, the van picked us up right outside the space, and got us to the Airport in plenty of time. No stress!<3

Nice spot at Taipei Arena. Walkable and very convenient ☺️☺️

This was the second time we stayed at Sumei's place in two years. She and her husband met us early in the morning and provided clear directions to the apartment and instructions for the home. They are a very warm and friendly couple, and the home was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including an incredible clothes dryer. This is not an easy find in Taiwan! Sumei even purchased rice rolls (fan tuan) and a box of Chia Te pineapple cakes for us after our long flight, which was so thoughtful. The home is well located, an easy 6-7 minute walk to the MRT and multiple bus lines. There are lots of great restaurants, cafes and convenience stores all around. The bedrooms all have blackout shades, and the home is quiet despite being in a busy area. We highly recommend Sumei's place and will gladly stay here again when we return to Taipei.

A lovely little get-away in the middle of the city. Extremely private with everything you need inside, and modern furnishings and appliances. Even with three bedrooms, the sound-proofing is really good, way better than most of my experiences in the city, which ensures a peaceful night sleep as well.

great location. stayed here twice, both time the unit was clean and quiet. between 2 subway stations and accisible to 3 different subway lines.

The location was excellent, just a 5 minute walk from one of the Taipei Main Station exits, which made getting around the city supeeeeer convenient. There's a 7-11 right across the street and you can easily access just about anywhere in Taipei from here. We were also just steps away from a lovely cafe that we absolutely adored, we grabbed our morning coffee there every single day of our stay! We experienced a bit of noise from the neighbouring Airbnb unit but the host was very responsive and helpful in resolving the issue (they texted the other owner!!). They also kindly allowed us to check in a little earlier, which we really appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay for two! <33

We really enjoyed staying at Coho's place. The apartment was clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the MRT station and Shida Night Market. Coho was very helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Best place for my stay throughout in Taipei for 6 weeks. The high ceiling unit with natural warm sunlight penetrates through living room is simply astonishing. Amenities were good, bath towels and bed linens are premium type. Best of all, sound proof with double sealing windows even it is located right beside main road / MRT line. There is a smell in the smaller room due to bad ventilation. Otherwise it is ok .

我們是在松菸辦展的學生。這間房間推薦給歷屆要去松菸辦設計展的同學們，真的拜託！如果你看到了這則評論就住這間，每天要去松菸走8分鐘就到了，要搭捷運也是走10分鍾就到了。同時，房間跟照片一樣，空間大沙發也很舒適，辦展的這一個禮拜真的能夠好好休息。整體條件比青旅好太多了，C/P質最高。 比較不習慣的就是門禁會稍稍麻煩，但有問題房東都會回不用擔心。 再來我們住的8天7夜是沒有聽到太多噪音，我們一般是2、3點睡，唯一為有的聲音是門外公共空間有低頻運轉聲，可能是變壓器之類的。但房內沒有什麼聲音，我們都睡得很好。 要再詳細敘述或介紹的話： 1.房間的紅燈可以關 2.窗外景色還不錯，但往下看主要是高架道路 3.電視螢幕很大，但NF好像有問題一直不能看、我們都用YT 4.浴室沒有乾濕分離 但整體乾淨水壓ok熱水ok盥洗有附沐浴乳和洗髮乳 5.提及的公共空間都能正常使用，只是比較常客滿 6.我們住的那幾天很少會遇到人 不用怕尷尬 7.床尾有一個平台可以放行李空間真的很夠

Stylish, comfortable and spacious flat that is very close to an MRT. The WiFi didn’t seem to work while we were there but we managed to work around it. Would happily stay again.

Rei’s accommodation was spotless and has brand new furniture. It was safe and quiet. The only downside was the location, it takes at least 30mn to go to the city however it’s very direct. There wasn’t a proper table to dine in but it wasn’t a big deal. The night market was right at the front as well as a family mart/7 eleven. I recommend.

离松山车站还有地铁站都特别近3分钟路程就在饶河夜市的楼上 下楼就是夜市，交通特别方便 去九分十分，还有其他地方都很方便！房东也特别热情，回复很快，也推荐台湾好的伴手礼。

Rei’s place was very new and comfortable with walkable location to both MRT and TRA. It’s also very near (2 mins) walk to the famous Raohe Night Market. All facilities in this listing works well too.
