Views of Ses, Sydals and to Ærø and Germany. Living room with double sofa bed (200*125cm) Alcove with double bed (200*135cm.) Garden with lawn, sea view and garden table. Backyard with lawn. The house is a little low ceilinged in the kitchen.

Dejligt lyst sommerhus med køkken i åben forbindelse med stuen, som har brændeovn og udgang til overdækket terrasse. Huset har 3 soveværelser. Et lille badeværelse med wc, håndvask og bruseniche. Vaskemaskine forefindes i tilbygningen. Omkring huset er der flere terrasser, så solen kan nydes hele dagen. Der er en dejlig have med fodboldmål, trampolin samt andet. Sommerhuset ligger på en stor naturgrund ca. 400 meter fra dejlig badestrand.

Small apartment

My accommodation consists of three rooms - living/dining room with kitchen and two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a beautiful, large garden with terrace, which is freely available. The apartment is part of the house where I live, but is separated from my living area. The place is good for couples, families with kids and pets. The apartment is 100m from the beach and 700m from the nearest supermarket. Two bicycles can be borrowed.

The Hyggelei (electricity included!)

Our second holiday home was completed in summer 2021. Also this time we did everything we could to make the house both stylish and suitable for children. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the setup and hope that you like it.

Our charming wooden summer house exudes summerhouse vibe. From the covered terrace, the ocean view is formidable. Inside, the decor offers good aesthetic and comfortable holiday life. The house is peacefully located on Kegnæs. Good peaceful beach only few know of in 2 min. walking distance. There are good bike and hiking opportunities.
