This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Nice and stylish Loft located on the old town's heart, mediterranean colors. On the Llotja neighborhood very quiet and sunny street. The closest beach is 7 min. walking distance, 3 minutes to STP SHIPYARD & Club Náutico de Palma sport-harbour and it's lounge. Absolutely amazing! Very clean room in an incredible place. Caterina is very friendly, she explained everything in details and helped us a lot with suggestions about places, restaurants, shops and things to do. Her house is in one of the best place I ever seen, seating outside in the garden close to the swimming pool overlooking the hill is incredibly peaceful. She has 2 dogs but you never see them, we asked to meet them and they are so friendly and cute. We definitely suggest this place! 7/5 stars!

Since joining Airbnb a few years ago I have stayed in almost 50 places across Europe. Miguel I think tops the lot when it comes to hosts. He was kind, warm and generous. Always in a bright mood and ready to chat. He takes an interest in the guests to his home and very soon you feel like you are merely staying at a friend's house. I look forward to returning and seeing Miguel and Mallorca again. I cannot recommend highly enough wether it be the accommodation, the location or the host. Wonderful location with easy access to buses which would take you to beaches, city center or other locations on the island; also close to the Castle Bellver park, perfect for jogging. Olga and Carlos are very kind, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend the place for solo travelers.
