Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Son Serra de Marina

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Mallorca with our 18 month old child. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. The host and her husband were incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, and the home itself had such an inviting feel and views. Each area and room felt part of a history film. Just beautiful! It was perfect for families, there were books, board games, a high chair, and even a fully equipped kitchen for the nights we chose to cook at home. The daily visits from the friendly cleaning lady kept everything spotless, which was such a treat! The location was ideal, peaceful and quiet, yet just a short 5 minute walk to great restaurants, shops, cafés, and bars. And the views were absolutely spectacular, especially at sunset. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Mallorca!

We really loved this multi-layered villa. Steps and interesting alcoves with plants lead from the street down to the main level with a kitchen, sitting area and two bedrooms, down again to the two other bedrooms, and then down again to a sun deck with the jacuzzi. The sea is reachable by jumping in further down the cliff or via the restaurant just below (which is expensive but quite good.) The view is other worldly. If you book this place, load up with groceries and drinks at a big supermarket (unavailable in Deia) and then make your way to Cala Deia. The road down and parking for a large vehicle (for us a 9 seater van) is a bit too adventurous, but the villa and cove are absolutely worth it. The place is well appointed, apart from beds and pillows which are mediocre, but in total the owner’s family has really put together a unique, thoughtful, and inspiring place. Well done!

We really loved Joana's place. It is a great experience to stay in a Spanish home, away from the city noises, very quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe in her place and had a good night sleep. And we appreciate Joana's kindness, she is a very nice person. We hope to come back soon!

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A wonderful accommodation that is highly recommended. We were very warmly welcomed by Gus and his wife, although we were only able to check in very late. Also during the stay, Gus was very attentive and inquired about our condition and gave us information with a quick response time. The house is tastefully creatively furnished, is very comfortable and cozy. A highlight are the three terraces, which we all regularly used and enjoyed. The accommodation is located directly on the edge of the forest. Birds can be observed all day, with the hoopoe and nightingale also being heard constantly. A few meters from the house is the large natural sandy beach, where we could take beautiful walks and go swimming barefoot. The surrounding area offers very nice hiking opportunities on the coast and in the mountains. We liked it very much....!!!

Just got back for a week stay. 2 young children and grandparents and it was honestly perfect! The property itself is fantastic with separate loving spaces that allowed you to get space if you needed. The outside was amazing. The pool one of the largest pools we’ve had, a hot tub, sandpit for the kids (and a sauna but we didn’t use that) The pool table was a great extra touch and there was plenty of outside seating I. A spacious but private garden. Toni was a fantastic host, responsive and helpful. It’s walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. And there is a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this place and would happily return.

Absolutely magical home. Somehow even better than the pictures . The home’s layout is situated perfectly to maximize the beauty of the ocean view- the patio , living area, and the bedroom that opens to a stunning scene. Juan was extremely professional, prompt, and extremely helpful with anything we needed and more. We can’t return soon enough!

Our family stay in this lovely peaceful house was simply perfect. If you are looking for a quiet, rural place, with farm animals and the crowing of the rooster in the morning, in a house over 200 years old, this place is for you. Our 1-year-old and 3-year-old loved it. Special mention for the backyard where we ate all our meals in a peaceful and warm setting. Thank you again for your hospitality, Isabel and Marie.

We recently had a beautiful stay at Alexandra's place in Pollença. The property was so peaceful and private with beautiful surroundings. Alexandra was an incredible host. She was always quick to respond to any questions and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She provided some great recommendations for local restaurants and hikes, which we really enjoyed. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with an amazing, attentive host, I'd highly recommend staying at this place in Pollença. Thanks again Alex!

We stayed at the accommodation for a week, I liked the proximity to the beautiful bays the most. Everything was very straightforward and everything worked out great. Miguel was also available for questions at any time. The accommodation has everything you need for a short stay. The flooring and kitchen are somewhat neglected and will need renovation in the near future. Otherwise, there is nothing to fault. I'd love to come back.

Amazing terrace. Peaceful, beautiful views overlooking the beach and not overlooked, a perfect place to relax

Very nice house in a prime location right on the beach! Super clean, everything very well maintained. The gardeners come three times a week, the cleaning lady once a week. Separate electricity billing very transparent and reasonable. Raquel was available at any time. The only drawback: Wi-Fi cannot be switched off separately. That means microwave radiation 24/7! Personally, it leads to headaches, dizziness, blood pressure crises, etc. According to the landlord, the Wi-Fi is indispensable for the function of the building services... Another problem: The pressure water pump for fresh water in the basement is so loud and shrill that you actually cannot sleep in any bedroom on the ground floor. You can't even hear the pool pump in the basement garage. Great! It was not possible to determine why a water pump must be so loud that no one can sleep! After 3 days of agony, it was found that the garden line has a leak, and therefore an incredible amount of expensive water is lost

We had a great time and would recommend this flat and Miguel as a host. A nice location just at the beach with kitesurfing opportunities directly at your house. Very quiet, which is a big advantage of being located a bit outside the area of Alcúdia (so a car or bicycle is recommended to make most of the gorgeous surroundings). We loved this place as a starting point for cycling as well. The flat is as beautiful as on the pictures seen already. We’d love to come back one day!

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

It is a beautiful accommodation, which is quietly located and yet everything in the village can be easily reached on foot. In 5 minutes you are in the harbor where there is also the possibility to go swimming. Everything you need is available in the apartment, we felt very comfortable.

We stayed a few days in Joan’s apartment and we really enjoyed it! There was enough space for 2 couples with a baby and the outdoor space is also huge. From the rooftop terrace you have a great view over the square and you can enjoy the view over the water and the sunset. Additionally we enjoyed the table tennis in the garage area. The apartment has everything you need and also a lot of extra towels etc. Joan was also really responsive and gave good tips for the surroundings 🙂

This is a magical place in beautiful natural surroundings. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Well appointed and comfortable. Susi was such a warm and inviting host. The 3 dogs were so cute and Lula was always hanging out to play fetch :) This place is amazing and special just like Susi! Hope we can return someday.

The best view we’ve ever had! A lovely stay, we would recommend this place.

Impeccable stay, the apartment was very complete and well furnished. We didn't miss a thing. The pool is very nice and the place in general is really amazing! Two small downsides: Soundproofing between apartments not ideal. And breakfast was expensive for what was provided inside, we expected a much more complete brunch for €25 per person. But we still advise you to stay there for a few days, you won't regret it!!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful stay in a stunning location.

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!
