Miguel and his home were fantastic and match or exceed the description on the app, The pool in particular was amazing. Miguel provided more than the basic amenities on our arrival included basic ingredients for a quick pasta dinner, charcoal and firelighters for the BBQ and more. The house is relatively small for four people but perfect for a couple on holiday with a child or dog. I would also recommend having a car. While most things are within walking distance. On a little sidenote that would've been helpful to know for our trip. The Spars in Sa Rapita are great for top up shops, for most shops the BIP supermarket in Sa Rapita was great, but for bigger shops you will need to head into Campos.

Susan’s house is the perfect start to explore this beautiful island: next to the beach and some stunning bays, 30 minutes away from Palma and 1 hour to Tramuntana mountains. There is so much to see and do. Thanks for having us!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich super. Es gibt vier Fahrräder, die in der Gegend super nützlich sind. Wir sind damit z. B. zum Es Trenc Strand gefahren. Zum Strand im Ort dauert es mit dem Fahrrad keine 10 Minuten. Von der Unterkunft zur Promenade sind es zu Fuß gerade mal 4-5 Minuten. Hier finden sich Restaurants, zwei Supermärkte und ein Bäcker. Die Gegend ist eher eine Häusersiedlung, es gibt keine großen Hotelanlagen. Wir konnten früher in die Unterkunft, Francesca war sehr flexibel und hat uns am Haus begrüßt. Sie hatte einige Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Gegend. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, aber das gilt grundsätzlich für Mallorca. Nach Palma braucht man ca. 30 Minuten, auch die kleineren Buchten an der Süd- und Ostküste erreicht man nach ca. 40 Minuten mit dem Auto. Alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet (auch, um mal zu Hause zu kochen) und gepflegt.

Nos recibió Carlos personalmente con una canasta de frutas y bebidas, nos mostró la casa y nos explicó cada detalle de la misma; además Carlos nos dio consejos para conocer y aprovechar de la región. La casa y las habitaciones son tal cual ves en las fotos . No solo el orden, la decoración, los detalles y colores, también la limpieza. Una casa muy limpia, cómoda, y con espacio, con muchos detalles para sentirse bienvenido y disfrutar de la estadía. Toda la familia estuvo muy a gusto, éramos seis personas. Habitaciones cómodas, la piscina bien cuidada, la cocina bien equipada con detalles como condimentos y aceite de oliva. Carlos es una persona increíble, muy amable y se esmera para que te sientas a gusto! Carlos! Muchísimas gracias por todo! Fue la elección perfecta para nuestras vacaciones. Deseamos playa, visitar pueblos, navegar a vela y disfrutar de restaurantes. Pudimos hacerlo todo y nos sentimos de maravilla en tu casa. Las cinco estrellas no son suficientes.

Beste Francisca we hebben het enorm naar onze zin gehad in jullie prachtige huis! Het huis is ruim, licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij waren maar met zijn 2e en konden gemakkelijk verstoppertje spelen, zo groot en ruim! Buiten een heerlijk zwembad en ligstoelen en zelfs een buitendouche. Het huis ligt rustig en afgelegen, maar op een kwartiertje rijden heb je goede supermarkten en andere winkels. Je hoeft echt niet persé weg, want de locatie is top! We hebben heerlijke uitstapjes gemaakt naar alle hoeken van het eiland. Fijne tips van Francisca en ten alle tijden bereikbaar voor vragen ect. Wij kunnen dit huis van harte aanbevelen en wij komen zeer snel terug. Helaas is het bijna volgeboekt voor de rest van het jaar. Wij hebben genoten. Liefs Meine en Jaap

Wir sind zu 4. dort gewesen und können nur Positives berichten. Aleix war unser Gastgeber und hat uns bei allen Belangen helfen können. Er war stets erreichbar und hat uns Tipps gegeben für Aktivitäten in und um Ses Covetes herum. Das Einchecken konnte kurzfristig vorverlegt werden und wir wurden mit frischem, inseltypischem Gebäck begrüßt. Das Haus ist zwar klein, aber mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einem Bad, einer Küche (Standardausstattung vorhanden) und einem Wohnzimmer komplett ausreichend für 4 Personen. Im Außenbereich gibt es 2 verschiedene Sitzbereiche und einen schönen Pool, der auf Grund der Bäume auf dem Grundstück auch oft im Schatten liegt (im Hochsommer gar nicht schlimm). Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die man nutzen kann. Die freilaufenden Hühner und Katzen haben uns gar nicht gestört, im Gegenteil. So hatten wir beim Frühstück im Außenbereich immer ein wenig Unterhaltung. Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft, wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Los Guardias is a very tranquil villa set in some very nice grounds and ideal for us as a family group of 4 couples. We found the villa to be well equipped with the kitchen having everything we needed. The pool is excellent with enough shaded areas for everyone to sit. It’s only 10 minutes to Santanyi which has some excellent restaurants, a great market on Wed and Sat and plenty of supermarkets. Plenty of activities at Cala D’or and a nice small beach at Cala Santanyi.

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday at Mats’ villa. We had everything we needed and so much more. Where to start? The pool was just perfect - big enough for us all to swim together, it was crystal clear and clean and just the right temperature. The outdoor kitchen and dining area provided the perfect space for lovely sociable evenings. Inside was spotless, roomy and very comfortable. The local area was quiet and felt very safe. We hired a car so it was an easy transfer from the airport and then useful to do one big supermarket shop, plus beautiful local beaches were a short drive away. There were bikes to borrow which were great fun as the traffic was so light. We would definitely love to return.
