Angelic views of volcanoes, the lake, the birth place of the Little Prince. Chris is a great host. And incredible human. What he has created on earth is impeccable.

This is really a magical place. My favorite is at night you can hear the crickets and it's so peaceful. It's off the hippie highway so it's a bit quieter but it's still very very close to it. The bed is comfortable and the linens are clean and fresh there's a lot of space in the room so I never felt cramped. The shower is hot with good pressure. There's fresh filtered water in the room too!

Everything is very nice and tidy, a quiet place, comfortable beds.

Beautiful grounds complete with lush gardens and parrots. Lovely little back porch area with a view of the mountains. The staff was very gracious and attentive. Perfect location for visiting the market. The food and drinks were expensive but good. We recommend the screwdrivers if you're feeling like spending a few bucks on drinks in the lobby.

My family and I had a blast !! Birthday weekend vacation.. Awesome views and peaceful surroundings.. Kayaking was fun along with the great food attentive staff.. The cabin was to perfect 🤩

Very cool Stonehouse tucked away on the side of town. Perfect hub for my time in Santiago. Would recommend to a friend.

The place is very cozy. From the moment we arrived, we were received in an excellent way. They gave us recommendations of places to visit! All questions were clarified...! Anyway, highly recommended!

We loved this place. The location could not be any better; on a quiet street, right on the lake, but just one easy, flat block to the main street in town and the dock for boats to other towns. They have their own dock, down a charming path thru a garden filled with citrus trees. The dock sits by itself, with not another dock or structure within 100 yards, and with a fantastic view of the lake. Our room was basic, but large, very comfortable and with excellent A/C. Staff was VERY responsive and friendly, breakfast was yummy and the property is lovely and well-maintained. If we return to Atitlan, I will 100% book this place again. My only regret is that we did not take the time to use the pool and hot tub

Absolutely gorgeous property! The rooms were beautiful and unique. The restaurant was fantastic. The staff was kind and always available for help. The property is absolutely stunning with tropical plants and birds all over. It’s also quite close to the dock which makes exploring by ferry very easy. WiFi worked so-so in the lower bedroom but was perfect up on the deck. Quite a few stairs to get up to our space but I truly didn’t mind as it was draped in lush greenery. I didn’t want to leave and will 100% be returning.

From the moment we arrived, we knew it would be a special stay. The room was not only comfortable and cozy, but also had a spectacular view of the lake — waking up to that landscape was a real gift. Every corner of the place conveys tranquility and connection with nature. The food was another high point: delicious, homemade and with that special touch that makes you feel welcome. Julio is very attentive at all times, the room is very nice with everything impeccable. Keep in mind that it is very close to the piers and from the terrace you can see a part of the lake. I would definitely come back.

Martha and Chai couldn't have made me feel more welcome and were kind and helpful throughout my stay. I was able to use their kitchen to make coffee and breakfast. The room was clean and nicely painted. It's near the lancha pier and close to nice cafes and restaurants. The only slight drawback was the construction work - they are building what is going to be a beautiful terrace, but obviously that made things a bit noisy. But this will be over in the next couple of weeks, and the terrace will be amazing.

Simple but everything you need! Beautifully located. The host was super helpful and friendly. Only the breakfast was a little too little for us. So top in terms of price and taste (20 Q), but the portions were quite small. But that's also the only point of criticism.
