Apartment holiday rentals in Sololá Department

Samuel was super accommodating and let us check in earlier than we were supposed to which we really appreciated. Super responsive and offered us recommendations! Highly recommend staying at this airbnb!

I agree with all the previous reviews - can’t recommend Griselda and Antonio’s place high enough. San Pedro is loud ! And this is an oasis of calm yet walkable to the town and language school(s) we will defo be back.

As a solo traveller I felt very safe at Stacy’s place. It looked exactly like the photos and was incredibly close to the lanchas to town hop. I booked the private driver, Ronaldo, that Stacy recommended which was lovely as well, he was a safe reliable driver. There are other Airbnbs in the building so you don’t feel completely isolated. The hosts were extremely responsive so I never had an issue and didn’t have to wait long for a response. Shower and bathroom were clean and reliable. Gorgeous views of the lake, San Pedro was a great place to stay!

Es aún más hermoso que en las fotos y volvería mil veces!! Pros: Puedes ver el amanecer desde el balcón y estar rodeado de mucha naturaleza en toda la estadía. Los paisajes son hermosos!! La comida del restaurante es rica. Acceso directo al lago. Pasan lanchas públicas siempre por lo que puedes movilizarte con facilidad. Contras: puedes encontrarte con arañas grandes y escorpiones así que prepárate mentalmente. Hay que subir varias escaleras para llegar a la habitación.

Helemaal goed, douche was goed en warm, het is allemaal niet super uitgebreid maar voor het geld is het gewoon perfect. Je hebt niet meer nodig, ik was mn oplader vergeten en dit werd snel geregeld!

Si lo que necesitas es un espacio a buen precio para dormir porque vas en plan de turistear, es una muy buena opción, queda a unos pasos del Mirador y un balneario. Caminando a paso tranquilo en 15 min llegas a la calle de las Sombreros y calle de las Sombrillas y por supuesto al muelle que te permite conectar con los pueblos del Lago Atitlán. La disponibilidad y amabilidad de Marisol son excepcionales .

La casa súper equipada con todo lo necesario y muy limpia. Muy seguro el lugar muy recomendado

Great place to stay! I would recommend it for its price point, location and nice host. Pros: - The host, Samuel, was extremely responsive and friendly. He offered lots of recommendations. - They proactively offered early check in. - Location is conveniently on the “tourist street” near the public boat docks, so it’s easy to get around. - Spacious living room. One of the rooms is also very spacious with modern AC. Cons: - Had water issues for about 90 minutes but Samuel resolved it quickly - Location means that it can be loud at night - Difficult to control shower temperature (there’s only cold, lukewarm and very hot)

Spent over 2 weeks here working remotely with my girlfriend. The space is perfect for the price point. Internet was incredibly fast and reliable, not one issue. Plenty of clean drinking water. One of the hosts, Daniel, went about and beyond to ensure our visit was comfortable and memorable. The entire town is a gem, but this place in particular is really special. We liked being out of the main hotel/hostel zone and more immersed with the locals in the village. You cannot beat the views and the sunrise/set daily. Feel confident in booking this space.

This Airbnb was peaceful and serene. It was an easy check in and check out process. The place was clean and quiet. The information I received from the owner was very detailed so I had a very smooth stay. Thank you for allowing me to stay at your place.

this little place was truly a delight and just as described. I will say the hot water is finicky, but as was mentioned it's technically not listed as an amenity due to potential power issues. And the roosters and stray dogs barking through the night came to be a hindrance to good sleep. But those aside, it's a lovely stay and I would certainly come back!

La ubicación es dificil de encontrar, sería bueno que mandaran un video del recorrido porque uno se pierde fácilmente en ese sector, o en lo personal a mi y a mi novia nos costo mucho localizar la cuchilla. Por lo demas todo bien, el apartamento estaba ordenado y muy limpio

The only regret we had with my family was not staying there for longer. Omar and his helper were amazing at helping us get anything we needed. The apartment was so beautiful, the view was amazing as well. It is a great place to relax and have fun at the same time. The only thing that we had a problem with and it is NOT the host’s fault was that we didn’t have power until like 7pm and I believe the whole town didn’t have power either. But it was a great time overall. we only stayed one night and we already think that one WEEK won’t be enough to be there either!!! They helped us find a reasonable boat ride that even included a tour at San Juan La Laguna that was so fun! I cannot wait to go back to this place.

El Airbnb está en un alojamiento de hoteles está a 5 min en carro de Panajachel y está algo retirado caminando pero es tranquilo y en si el hotel tiene área de juegos y piscina con jacuzzi para utilizar

Muy lindo el lugar gozamos de las piscinas, jacuzzi, temascal, la fogata, los kayaks, la mesa de Pool todo muy bien organizado. Nos encantaron todas las actividades !
