Retro Inspired Minimalist Studio Apartment

You can love this apartment for two things: 1 - The LOCATION is amazing. We are at the center of everything (restaurants, boutiques, pubs) and you can walk or get easy transport everywhere around town from our place. You can reach Three Crosses Square, Royal Castle, Krakowskie Przedmiescie, Nowy Swiat, Park Lazienki, Palace of Culture and Science. 2 - Our apartment has a lot of character. It's built in 1915 and feels SPACIOUS and TIDY, the ceilings are very high (3,2 m) and it has a lot of natural light because of large window. The place features lots of ARTWORK mainly desginer lamps, sketches of Warsaw and Poster Art of Polish School. Constructed in 1915, this apartment is located at the heart of Warsaw. It has recently been renovated and refurnished to accommodate as much as maximum 4 GUESTS. The minute you'll walk in, you'll fall in love with this TIDY APARTMENT featuring old Warsaw architectural style with 3,2 meters CEILINGS, Large WINDOW, DESIGNER LAMPS, MODERN KITCHEN and CLEAN/WHITE BATHROOM with beautifully designed mixers and faucets for showers. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would find in a LUXURY HOUSE, such as NEW POTS AND PANS, COFFEE MACHINE and CAFETERIA, MICROWAVE, BASIC COOKING KIT, and other things essential for short and long term stay. The NEW DELUXE QUEEN SIZE BED is equipped with new bed sheets and COTTON-SATEEN COVERS. The APARTMENT has also DESIGNER SOFA that can fit an extra 1-2 people (140x200cm). The high definition 48" TV has full access to cable TV and APPLE TV (FILMS ON-DEMAND). You can get access to WiFi internet (HIGH SPEED CONNECTION – LTE) which give you access to YOUTUBE,WEB BROWSER. The brilliant SOUND SYSTEM is great to listen music from IPHONE. Bathroom has a DELUXE FINISH, with DESIGNER mixer and faucets for SHOWER. Shower is quite large to ensure pleasant bath. You can find in the apartment HAIR DRYER, IRON, and WASHER. In the apartment there is central heating which turns on when temperature outside collapses below 15 celsius degree. It makes space feel comfortable. The property is located at the center of the city in a quiet neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, there are many activities, historical sites, restaurants, bars, shopping options, and grocery stores. A two minutes’ walk from the apartment, you'll find the TRAM/BUS STATION and VETURILO BIKE SYSTEM, which can take you anywhere in the city for several EURO per two hours. We live in a quiet area and we are looking for respectful Guests who will treat our home and neighbourhood as their home.

A beautiful roomy studio in the Old Town This studio is in a pleasant neighborhood with pubs and restaurants nearby, and only 150 meters to the Royal Route. Fully renovated in 2013, our studio comfortably accommodates up to 2-4 travelers (one king size double bed and additional pull-out sofa). Fully equipped kitchen ncluding coffee machine, teakettle, and utensils for basic cooking. We also provide maps, guidebooks and other materials to help you get your bearings in Warsaw. The apartment is air-conditioned and fully equipped with appliances, kitchen utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses), washing machine, ironing board, iron and TV-set.

Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.

My time spent in this flat was very relaxing. It felt just like home. It seemed as though the host went out her way to allow everything to be used in the flat. The place and it's amenities gave the impression that the owner left the place as she uses it. This experience is what I'll always remember... My highest recommendation for this flat. Lastly, it was super clean and had a personal library too...very cultured.

Piękne mieszkanie w stylu vintage w samym centrum miasta, urządzone z dbałością o detale, po wejściu do mieszkania wita nas przyjemny zapach. Mieszkanie jest wyposażone w wiele akcesoriów i udogodnień, które wykraczają poza standardową ofertę airbnb (płatki kosmetyczne, mleczko do ciała, gry planszowe itp.). Widok z balkonu jest niesamowity, a pianino jest piękne i nastrojone. Jeśli chodzi o drobne minusy, to naczynia w szafkach nosiły ślady użytkowania, a koc miał dużo włosów i nieczystości. Brak zasłony prysznicowej utrudnia korzystanie z wanny w funkcji prysznica. Generalnie pobyt był niezwykle przyjemny, a kontakt z Gospodarzami szybki i bezproblemowy. Zdecydowanie polecam.

This place is A Must! for any architecture and mid-century design lovers. Original furniture, huge library full of art, design and cooking books, a real-life cabinet of curiosities. Close to the trendy neighborhood, walking distance from the new city center (just walk pass the park) or the beautiful river boardwalk. I sure will be back in the future, thank you Renters team.

Gospodarz bardzo komunikatywny - szybko odpowiada i reaguje. Samo mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji, niedaleko Wisły, łatwy dojazd wszędzie czy to do centrum czy na drugą stronę Wisły - autobusy pod blokiem, tramwaje i metro kilka minut drogi. Mieszkanie przytulne, choć warto powiedzieć że stare - meble, wystrój… ja czułam się jak u babci (i mi to nie przeszkadzało ;)). Generalnie polecam
