Holiday rentals in Sol del Este

Il residence di Diego ha una dimensione familiare cosa molto apprezzabile rispetto ai giganteschi insediamenti sparsi ovunque per Minorca. Si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla ed equidistante dai porti di Mahon e di El Castel (per raggiungere i quali occorre circa mezz'ora a piedi). La fermata dell'autobus è poco distante ed in 10 minuti si è nel centro di Mahon da dove partono numerosi bus per le spiagge soprattutto del sud est dell'isola. Un po' complicato ma fattibile se avete in mente di fare qualche tappa del Cami de Cavals. Altrimenti consiglio fortemente di noleggiare un'auto. Il nostro appartamento era perfetto per 2 persone con un letto molto comodo, un bagno con doccia eccellente, un angolo cucina ben attrezzato. Ottima la colazione e molto apprezzabile la piscina. E Diego è un ospite davvero premuroso

We spent 4 weeks in this house with 7 month old baby. The house offered everything we needed for our stay - very clean, well equipped and we felt the love that went into decorating this place. Especially the garden and the terrace were great for our child to play outside and for us to enjoy our morning coffee. Big thank you especially to Claudia for organising a crib for us. In general the communication with Claudia was super easy, informative, proactive and very fast. Additionally we made use of the offer to get a cleaning fresh up, which was extremely well organised, super thorough and affordable. Thank you very much for a wonderful time. We would highly recommend staying at Casa Binimares!

La casa es muy bonita y bien diseñada arquitectónicamente. Su ubicación frente al mar y con acceso a la cala es maravillosa. La piscina y los jardines son excelentes. La zona de Santa Ana y Es Castels nos gusto mucho. También esta cerca de Mahon y el aeropuerto. Pasamos unas excelentes vacaciones. Muy recomendable.

Lovely apartment with charming Spanish rustic atmosphere, nicely decorated with paintings and old wooden furnitures. The garden is very spacious and perfect to play with babies and kids. The location is also nice and strategic. The hosts were very helpful with local recommendations and always responsive. We also appreciated their flexibility with check out time. It’s an excellent option for your holidays in Menorca. Only one point of concern: there was a musty smell or humidity in the flat, probably something that will improve as the flat is being used during summer, but worth to check with hosts if fixed.

Logement parfait pour un petit groupe de 7 personnes. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait ! L'endroit est calme, la piscine très agréable ainsi que la grande terrasse. Communication et échanges top ! Sejour parfait !

Just home after staying in Jorge’s fabulous villa for a week. We used to holiday in Sol del Este (La Gardenia) when our children were younger and decided to return as a larger family group 20 years later. Jorge’s villa was perfect for that. The views of Mahón bay from the large terrace are amazing, and there is plenty of space for social gatherings both inside the villa and in the extensive grounds. You can move location in the garden to enjoy the evening sun also, which is lovely. The top floor terrace is great for star gazing too. We still enjoyed doing the activities we used to do when staying in Sol del Este, eg jogging to Cala Sant Esteve, jumping off the rocks at nearby Cala Pedrera and the cliff top walk into Mahon.We hired 2 cars, which you easily park in the villa grounds, though a car is not essential here as easy to walk into Es Castell for all the restaurants, bars, buses etc. Jorge was a very attentive host, he dealt with any small issues very promptly. Would return here.
