Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Smolyan

The KaraIvan guest house is gorgeous! We were pleasantly greeted by the hosts friend and were even happier when we got shown inside. The rooms are spacious but cosy, and they have a lot of charm. The kitchen is well stocked, with modern amenities. If you're into your games, movies, or music, there's a PS2 with games, a VHS player, and a vinyl turntable! There's a lot to see in the area and all the locals were extremely friendly - we had a game of football with some of the little legends there. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay at the house. It felt like home for the week, and I would absolutely visit again! 😁

Приятное, тихое место в Родопах, где чувствуешь себя максимально комфортно, уютно и как дома. Хозяева Юрий и его жена очень отзывчивые люди, во время нашего присутствия там, они создали домашнюю обстановку и сделали наше пребывание очень комфортным. Оба были отзывчивыми, приготовили нам вкусную местную еду, так как по близости нет никаких заведений, все было очень вкусно. Так же они позаботились о номере, все было идеально чисто, белье было очень свежим. Рекомендую это место для спокойного, размеренного отдыха. Уверенна, что любителям это место обязательно понравится.

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Pamporovo – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Joseph’s Luxury Villa in the Pines was simply amazing! From the start, Joseph was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The villa is a hidden gem, nestled in a peaceful area yet close to the ski lifts. We were looking for a cozy retreat in the snow, and this place was perfect! The fully functional fireplace made our evenings extra special. The house is well-equipped, comfortable, and surrounded by stunning mountain views. Joseph provided great recommendations, from local markets to ski spots, and even helped us find accommodation for our friends. The pet-friendly policy was a huge plus, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. We loved every moment here and can’t wait to return—perhaps in summer to enjoy the different charm of this place. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful and cozy escape in Pamporovo!

Топлосърдечни домакини, артистично обзаведено жилище с прекрасна гледка на тиха и спокойна улица.

Мястото е страхотно, невероятна гледка сред планината. Апартаментът е уютен. Общуването с динамика беше удоволствие за нас, много отзивчив и мил.

Türk misafirler için bence Rakı ve çay bardağı yoktu alınmalı! Kahve imkanları normal kahve ve Türk kahvesi için arttırılmalı! Türk kahvesi için özellikle cezve ve fincan imkanı yok. Konum olarak sessiz sakin bölgede yer alıyor. Çocuklara kar için oyun alanı yeterli bizce! Villanın konumu araç parkı ve eşya taşıma konusunda on numara beş yıldız 😄 Elektrikler gitmediği sürece ısınma sorunu kesinlikle yok!

The house is on a great location. It gets extremely cozy with the fireplace. It has plenty of room for 7-8 people or 2-3 families. There are enough facilities for a lengthier stay such a washing machine, large refrigerators, oven. There's only one inconvenience - there is no dishwasher.

Много тихо и спокойно място. Прекрасни съседи. В къщата има свеж ремонт и всичко необходимо. Домът е много уютен. От прозорците се разкрива великолепна гледка към планините. Собственикът на къщата, Николай, е много открит и приятен човек, готов да помогне с всякакви трудности. Прекарахме чудесно време, далеч от градската суета, наслаждавайки се на спокойствието и природата. Големи благодарности на Николай за прекрасния дом и почивката.

House is very clean and good hospitality from family. I strongly recommand this place. Smolyan town is also lovely. There is good taste and price restaurant alot.

Много уютно студио, както и очаквахме. Беше чисто и тихо местенце. Въпреки името си Зимна приказка е чудесно и за лятна почивка :) Дияна беше много точна и мила, за което благодаря. До нови срещи, Дияна. За нас беше удоволствие :)

Намерихме едно бижу в Чепеларе, където бихме се върнали много пъти. Чудесен апартамент, толкова просторен, че придава усещането,че си в къща в планината, с камина и неповторим уют. Има всичко необходимо за релакс, приготвяне на храна, дърва за камината, ски оборудване в Пампорово и т.н. Полина и нейният съпруг са чудесни хора от Родопите, с големи сърца, накараха ни да се чувстваме у дома. Благодарим за приятната комуникация, съдействието с всичко необходимо и прекрасните спомени. Препоръчваме горещо!

Студиото беше хубаво, чисто и уютно, с всичко необходимо за един приятен престой. Настаняването беше изключително лесно, благодарение на ясните инструкции от домакина. Вътре беше топло и комфортно, а домакинът се беше погрижил за всеки детайл – имаше чай, основни продукти, кафемашина с капсули и други удобства. Единствената ми препоръка е да си носите чехли, тъй като сградата не е отопляема и подът може да бъде студен. Като цяло, препоръчвам мястото за настаняване – чудесен избор за приятен и безпроблемен престой! 😊

Je verblijft in een prachtig sterrenhotel in de bergen bij smolyan. Het appartement is goed uitgerust en ruim. De natuur in de nabije omgeving is overweldigend prachtig en rustgevend. In het zomerseizoen is het veel rustiger als in het hoogseizoen in de winter. Een goede uitvalsbasis in het rhodope gebergte.

La casa tiene unas vistas espectaculares del entorno. Un sitio idílico para pasar unos días tranquilos y explorar el área. Sunny prepara unos desayunos y unas comidas típicas exquisitas. La familia se mostró muy amable en todo momento, ayudándonos en lo que necesitábamos, como por ejemplo explicándonos lugares que visitar y rutas para caminar. Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables y repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Muy recomendable. Gracias!!

Great place for families or friend groups, 2 bedrooms, very reasonable price, we felt just like home. Apartment has everything that you need. Very flexible and friendly host. I highly recommend.

Our family spent a month at Kosta's house and it was one of the best experiences during our five years of traveling. The house is exceptionally comfortable and has everything you need for long stay. The internet was fast and reliable. Large sunny terrace offers breathtaking views of the hills and forests. Polkovnik Serafimovo is an excellent starting point for day trips such as numerous hiking trails near Smolyan, natural thermal baths in Greece near border. There are several local dairy farms in the area, trout farms serving fresh grilled fish, and you can even buy the finest quality beans grown in Smilyan and a lot more. However, what truly sets this stay apart is not just the unspoiled beauty of the Rhodope Mountains. It's the warm hospitality of Kosta and his wife that made our stay exceptional. Meeting such wonderful people was a pleasure in itself. And we can't forget to mention their dogs, Ari and Sarko, who are the friendliest dogs we've ever seen. Our kids loved them!

Wow, how breathtaking. Снежана’s house is set in the most beautiful valley - it's a sight to behold. The house itself is super equipped. We had a great time cooking BBQs as the sun set and spending time in the sauna. What a special trip. Highly recommend.

Amazing house in the middle of the forest with very comfortable and easy way for the car. The house inside included everything you need and even more. Very clean, very comfortable, great view from the garden. The host was very cooperative and helpful. I'm very happy for choosing this place!

A Gem in the Mountains. A traditional Bulgarian Villa with all the amenities you could want. A comfortable bed with plenty of relaxation space, ocerlooking beautiful mountainous views. Stoyan was a pleasure to deal with, always available to answer questions and make sure your stay was everything it could be. The kitchen was well equipt with a coffee machine, cooker, pans, crockery etc, along with food basics and even some irish whiskey. The bathrooms were clean and tidy and all bedrooms and living spaces were perfect. We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful villa with an amazing host. Exactly what you want.
