Rooms are cozy and warm, the dark blue ceiling and old oak floor breathe the rich history of this former inn. Located in probably the most beautiful village in the Netherlands, right on the Belgian border. It's a great base. You can go to the beach in Knokke and Cadzand (6km), shop in lock (3 km) or along the Damse by bike to Damme (5km) or Bruges (10km).

A modern designed chalet at the edge of the park. Wake up to the birds and enjoy the beautiful wide view over the Zeeland polders. Bike to the beach or have a wonderful beach walk. The coastal region has nice places such as Groede, Aardenburg, Cadzand and Breskens. But also the hospitable Belgium with the Burgundian cities such as Ghent and Bruges are quickly and easily accessible by car. Amazing place in nature for a fantastic sea of time.

The apartment was beautifully and tastefully furnished, nothing was missing, on the contrary there were various items from Rituals, bath additives and more. The view from the terrace over the Scheldt estuary was magnificent, there were always ships to admire, most of them on their way to Antwerp or the North Sea. What we had not read from the advertisement was that the apartment is located in a large high-rise complex. On the other hand, this had the advantage that we could park our bikes in the underground garage.

Erik and Marjoke are very welcoming hosts! Their charming house is in the middle of the Zeeland countryside and we found the calm we were looking for. Not to mention the bicycles available, thanks to which we were able to criss-cross the small country roads! I highly recommend it for those looking for this kind of invigorating stay!

Very cozy home with a beautiful garden in a quiet location, ideal as a base for the area. Entry is via a key box, so the arrival time is flexible. The instructions Klaartje gave were very clear. It is certainly a place to stay to return to again. Recommended!

We spent two wonderful nights at Monica's, the three of us. Upon our arrival, she greeted us with great warmth and kindness that immediately put us at ease. She explained everything very clearly, in excellent French, and she remained available at all times to answer our questions. We felt like we were at a family member's house, it was really nice. The environment is quiet and relaxing, and the apartment perfectly matches the description. A big thank you to Monica for this great stay! Great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming and well-maintained cottage. It's fully equipped for a family, with great attention to detail. The south-facing garden with its beautiful, open views of the countryside. With a spacious bedroom upstairs and downstairs was ideal, and downstairs bathroom facilities were excellent. While the indoor dining space was a bit small, the fantastic outdoor terrace more than made up for it in good weather. The location in central Zeelandic Flanders is perfect for exploring both the Dutch coast, its villages and the main cities of Flanders. Communication with the host was outstanding; they were very attentive. The availability of outdoor toys for the children was a lovely bonus. Overall, this cottage is highly recommended for families seeking a comfortable, well-located, and tranquil base in Zeelandic Flanders.

Nice holiday home on the Dutch coast with terrace

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation with six adults and two children. The house is cozy and individually decorated, albeit a bit outdated. The layout of the rooms was perfect for us and the large trampoline in the garden was the highlight of our children. We will be happy to come back.
