This well appointed corner apartment is clean, comfortable, and has a wonderful view to the southeast from the highest floor in the building. The apartment is quiet, the aircon is nearly silent and keeps it nice and comfortable. I spend a lot of time working from the balcony seating and it was a nice and relaxing place to catch up on online tasks. Both tvs (bedroom and living room allow screen share, and I was able to edit photos and videos with a crisp view, Anton is friendly, communicative, and helpful for any needs or questions. The price is a bit higher than the other units in the same building, but it’s still a good value and I hope to be returning in the future. Self check in is very handy, as I arrived on the late train at 2:00 in the morning. Thanks, Anton!

I enjoyed the stay in this more local part of town. lots of shops and restayrants to eat from and buy groceries. best of all. view of the volcano from the balcony intetnet stability

It was a good experience to stay in Arsya Room. The location is good because it’s near the UGM. I was there to attend graduation in UGM and this place is really good. The room is clean and tidy.

I stay here for 2 days and everything was meet my expectation, host was very helpful, very homey, hot water sometimes on and off. Cleanliness can be improve. Location is not too crowded and not far from tourist area. Pricewise is worth it. If there is a karaoke and smart tv this would be complete package.

kak made is very friendly and helpful.. thank you very much.. the villa is clean, spacious, 3 rooms, there is a backyard, the facilities are also really good, for complete cooking equipment both cooking utensils and cutlery, there is an iron, hair dryer, coffee maker, washing machine, ikea furniture, the choice of bedset colors is also soft, the owner's taste is really cool.. next vacation will go to this villa again. for locations close to north jogja tourism, the accent of the road is uphill, lots of hit cafes.. thank you very much made. me and my family are happy 😊😊

My family and I LOVED our stay at this listing! Rooms are spacious and comfortable, all of the AC works nicely, airflow and air circulation were good, we felt right at home! The host is also very helpful and responsive. He helped us to settle in and made sure that we knew how everything works before leaving. He was also proactive in reaching out to us to make sure our stay goes smoothly. Another huge plus point was when we got stuck in traffic on our way back from Borobudur temple, they were super kind to let us have a late check out. We will definitely come back here again next time we stay in Jogja and we highly recommend this listing for groups of friends or family!

Serenity, green big villa with a lot of entertainment. Super big TV in living room. Tv and karaoke in joglo terrace. we can enjoy nice pools or hang out at rooftoop. Everything was great. Tristan villa provides clean towels, bread and jam for breakfast Things that need improvement : water treatment for swimming pools, leaking water at kitchen
