The house is bordered by a wooden fence and situated in a private area of 9000m2, where frogs, foxes, hares, deer and birds are your only visitors. There are two lakes in the area; Budziszewskie and Włókno – both about 3km away. Włókno has a beautiful sandy beach.

Welcome to our home with a garden. Downstairs we have a living room with fireplace, dining room with large table, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with shower. The house is located in a quiet area, near the lake Rusałka, 6 km from the center, 300 m from the bus stop. Bikes are available. In the garden you can relax on the terrace and make barbecue. There's a sandbox and a treehouse. Parking for 2 cars. WIFI available.

The house is located in a clearing surrounded by forest. A unique place for people looking for silence in comfortable conditions. The buffer zone of the Zielonka Forest with numerous lakes in nearby towns. At night you can admire the Milky Way, listen to the sound of the Owl. In autumn, we recommend walking and mushroom picking. In winter, bonfires and sledding. In the spring, nature awakens beautifully. And in summer we use lakes, bikes, walks, sunbathing on the terrace, barbecue.

The apartment consists of a room with a kitchen, bathroom and separate wardrobe. There is a bed for two people and a sofa bed. What’s more, the apartment has a large and sunny balcony. It is located on the first floor. The building was completed in 2017. All furniture and accessories are new since they were purchased specially for the quests. Apartment size is 31 square meters. The balcony is about 5 square meters. Within the 8-minute walk there is a Poznan tram stop.

We provide a satellite TV package and fiber internet. Attractions: dart, mini tennis and basketball court, bicycle.
