Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Skopelos

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. We adored our stay at Thavama Summer House. The location and view from the living room are stunning, and I could have sat there for hours!🌊🍋 The accommodation iwas clean, bright, comfortable and we felt right at home- with everything you need for a stay. The terrace is so lovely to sit out on for any time of day. 💛 The location is peaceful, however there is a kiosk only a 3 minute walk away, a gorgeous beach 5 minutes away, and you are only 10 minutes away from the beautiful town and harbour. We didn’t have a car and everything was so accessible by foot.There is also a bus stop right outside and the bus links are excellent and such a good price! 🐚🚌 Thanasis is such a responsive and friendly host- answering our questions, including about transport from the airport, he came over to show us how to use the thermostat as we asked about this, and had the property cleaned, linens changed, etc, halfway through our stay! 💕 Check-in and finding the house was easy. The house is lovely, stylish furnitured and with everything you could need during your holiday. The garden is wonderful too. Eleni is the perfect host. We totally recommend it!

Mata was wonderful, the best host we've had! She's very kind, attentive, she gave us great recommendations and exceeded every expectation. The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, every little detail shows the love and dedication with which Mata cares for it. Every space delicately perfumed and the whole house was impeccably clean. The porch/terrace is a great space for eating and spending time with family and has a great view of the sea. The island is beautiful and the house is very well located, near the port, the center of the town, and the bus station. Every beach we went to was beautiful and not too far away. Even though there are a few stairs to climb to get there, the view from the house is worth the climb. There are also some stairs inside the house so people with reduced mobility should be aware of that. We had an incredible time in Skiathos and at Mata's place, if you had the goodluck to find this house dont doubt it! It's worth it. Both Mata and the house are a 100!

What a beautiful place! Dimitris' place is very spacious and comfortable. A wonderful location- private, but close to everything. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Panagiota's mother met us to show us into the house, but Panagiota was always available at the end of the phone. The house was perfect, having everything we could need, and the terrace was the perfect place to relax under the parasol. Ideally located with an easy walk into the centre of the village for restaurants, bakery etc. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this house.

First time in Alonnissos and I felt like home. Aristea, the owner was always there for any questions of mine. I found the house quite easily. Its location was magnificent with a lovely view and the neighborhood was quiet but close at the same time to bars and cafes. Last but not least, the house was very clean and nicely decorated . Highly recommended!

just amazing so special for us so relaxing two large patios we ate El fresco every day sunbathed and enjoyed the most amazing views of the sea and islands Kostas and Paraskevi must be justifiably proud of this accomodation highly recommend to any one looking for something very special

This was a great stay! The rooms were super beautiful and the couch bed was set up beforehand. Spyros was so helpful and informative, and gave the greatest restaurant reccs!! We went to most of the suggested restaurants during our stay. It was also in a great area, everything was max a 6 minute walk from the airbnb. Air conditioning worked great. I would note that the shower isn’t separate from the rest of the bathroom, and is a handheld shower faucet that can get the whole bathroom a bit wet, but it was manageable

Very good communication! Sweet and kind hosts! Great location! The view from the apartment is of a beautiful bay! Within walking distance of the center and the port with restaurants and bars! 5 minutes from the bus stop to all the remote beaches! The bakery on the first floor of the building, which belongs to the owners, offers delicacies for everyone!Very pleasant stay! We'll be back to this place! It's worth it! Thanks to the hosts!

Beautiful spot by the water. Peaceful and worth every penny.

My husband and I stayed for one week in this magical place. We were greeted from the ferry by Manolis, who was a wonderful host. The villa is surrounded by garden and has plenty of private parking if you want to rent a scooter or car. Outside of the kitchen, living room and master bedroom there are double doors leading out onto the veranda where seating areas have been thoughtfully placed. Inside is cool and tastefully decorated. There is air conditioning should you need it, and two large double bedrooms, both with bathrooms. The kitchen is clean and well equipped, with a coffee machine. The villa has been finished to a very high standard and beautifully furnished. The town of Skopelos is a short walk away, as is the port. Closer still are cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

We loved our stay at this house! The view from the porch is incredible, you can see the whole of Skopelos city on the hillside and the water of the port. It was so lovely to spend time on that porch any time of day. The house itself is very charming and comfortable, I would think it would be a great choice for a family as well (we stayed there as two friends in our 20s)! About a 10-15 minute walk down to the main port area and easy parking at the property if you rent a car. The host came to give us new linens every other day. The water pressure of the shower was low and be aware that it is a hand held shower head instead of one mounted to the wall. Otherwise everything went smoothly and comfortably and we had a great time in Skopelos. Thank you so much!

Nice location for a family holiday !

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at! The view was absolutely gorgeous ! The home and flowers beautiful ! The host were amazing ! Meeting us at the port was so helpful! And Grandpa getting us eggs so kind and thoughtful ! Would definitely recommend and we will go back to stay again!

Villa Nina is absolutely fantastic. It’s a beautiful place with the most stunning view. The house is very special and comfortable and there are many different places to sit outside, each one more charming than the other. Simos and Anthoula were extremely kind and helpful and I hope we will have the opportunity to come again. Thank you!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Nina and would thoroughly recommend this house. Andonis couldn't have been more helpful. He gave us lots of tips for places and restaurants to visit around the island. The house is beautiful with breathtaking views over Skopelos town. We arrived on Saturday evening and were very impressed that the owner had left us the ingredients for an evening meal, a bottle of wine and lots of delicious home grown fruit. We fell in love with Skopelos and will definitely be back to this villa.

We had an excellent stay at the villa. Amazing views, quiet location, decent-sized pool for the family. All the necessary equipment in the kitchen was there as well as useful aircon during hot summer nights. I would recommend without hesitation.

What to say about Villa Karerina....we will be forever comparing other villas to this one as it was perfect! Charming host who couldn't do enough for us and everything we asked for she sorted. We spent more time at the villa than planned as we couldn't drag ourselves away. Pool was fantastic and views out of this world; watching the planes taking off and land were mesmerising. The villa was well equipped and a supermarket walkable in about half an hour with a taxi back as there is a steep hill to walk back up with shopping bags, so wouldn't recommend doing that unless you are extremely fit. Villa is very private and taxi rides not massively expensive into town, only a 10 minute drive away. We all highly recommend this villa to others. We can't wait to book again; if we don't next year it would surely be the year after. The views, villa amenities and location were just wonderful and will be ever imprinted on our minds!

We loved Villa Calliopé and the beautiful island of Skopelos, whose people are so warm and welcoming it makes a visit perfect. Christo greeted us at Glossa Port and kindly escorted us to the villa and showed us round. What a lovely chap! He came early to do pool and garden maintenance so we weren’t disturbed. Christo made himself available to us but we didn’t need to make contact. The villa is well-equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable, so lovely outside. Lots of nice pine-backed beaches within easy reach by car. Lovely water for swimming, snorkelling and kayaking. I enjoyed driving along the good, (extremely winding!) roads with incredible sea views. Really quiet roads in early June. Car hire was wonderfully chilled. Magic cars of Skopelos delivered to Glossa Port with a quick and easy handover and drop off. Food was great everywhere we ate. Loved the bakery. We got by using the 2 small local supermarkets. Agnanti classy, friendly restaurant with gorgeous view!
