Beachfront holiday rentals in Skinaria

We had a great time here. We enjoyed the view and silence at the house. Our son hat great fun playing at the beach, watching fish and crabs between the rocks. Being able to use the facilities (pool, super market, restaurant, bar, playground) of the neighboring camping site was very convenient. The interior is not super fancy, but pretty and functional with everything you need for a family holiday. The host, Soula, was very helpful and responsive and is not far away if necessary. She greeted us us with fruit, homemade tzatziki and cooled water so we felt at home right away. Thank you for the great time, Soula!

Wir haben 10 traumhafte Tage in der Unterkunft von Chris verbracht. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Sie hatte alles um sich gut schnell selbst zu verpflegen. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern sorgten für Abkühlung. Ein großer Parkplatz vor der Tür, erspart die Parkplatzsuche. Eine Waschmaschine steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Der Pool nebenan darf jederzeit genutzt werden ein kleiner Strandbereich ist in sehr kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Restaurants gab in direkter Umgebung. Wir hatten für den gesamten Zeitraum einen Mietwagen. Die Insel ist von dort aus sehr gut zu erkunden. Chris ist ein super Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation klappte reibungslos und alle Fragen wurde schnell beantwortet. Auch bei der Kommunikation mit dem Mietwagenanbieter, aufgrund unserer Reifenpanne, half uns Chris ohne zu zögern. Sollte es uns wieder nach Zakynthos ziehen, dann definitiv wieder in eine Unterkunft bei Chris!!

Die Zeit bei Nicole haben wir sehr genossen. Sie war super flexibel, nett und hat schnell geantwortet. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos und für unseren Aufenthalt perfekt. Wir hatten auch ein Quad gemietet um etwas von der Insel zu sehen, dabei hat uns Nicole auch schnell geholfen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in einer Minute zu erreichen, jedoch würden wir empfehlen auch andere Strände zu besuchen, zum Beispiel Cameo Island, die nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist und einen tollen Strand bietet (5€ Eintritt aber absolut wert). Wir können nur Positive Erfahrungen mit der Unterkunft und Nicole Teilen, gerne wieder!

The apparent is beautiful, so clean and nicely decorated, the bed is comfy anf the facilities are brand new. The kitchen is well equipped and the view is beautiful. Great location, just perfect for reaching all the island attractios. Memi and her mother are wonderful hosts and helped us with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay, I recommend this appartment very much!

Das Appartement war viel größer als gedacht, es gab eine große Terrasse und einen kleinen Balkon direkt an der Küche, was toll war. Außerdem gab es zwei Schlafzimmer und die Küche war super ausgestattet. In dem Haus liegen zwei Apartments direkt übereinander und eines noch direkt gegenüber, man muss also wissen, dass es nicht total privat ist. Das Dörfchen selbst ist sehr süß, extrem ruhig und man kann innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu guten Restaurants laufen. Nadia selbst war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen!

Such a wonderful time in Greece. The place is clean, everything WORKS, and the views are amazing. We loved just hanging out on the veranda every morning and night and watching the boats and yachts go by. The personal access to the ocean was favorite memory to swim in the water in the evening as awesome. And same for the pebble beach—the evening seems better. Good amount of supplies and even provided water and juice for the arrival. Air conditioning works well and we often turn off 2 of the 3 units so it wouldn’t get too cold You need a car to get around d the island and there is plenty of parking and the steep driveway is easy to get used to. We were very sad to leave. This would be a great place for several families to gather and still have their own spaces. Coffee and view at Marcocos up the driveway was lovely. The taverna is good and we enjoyed just going for dessert and cocktails.

This was our second stay here and we knew what to expect. The changes made since our last stay were exceptional. A warm welcome, a responsive host who made every effort possible to ensure our stay was exceptional. Would highly recommend staying here

This house was amazing, very beautiful spot and Evita was extremely helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Es war ein absolut perfekter Urlaub! Von der Buchung bis zum Abschied. Bereits vor der Buchung sehr schnelle Antwort zu offenen Fragen. Nach der Buchung den Kontakt von Martha,der Gastgeberin vorort bekommen und mit ihr bis zur Anreise alle Details wie Transfer und Velomiete organisiert. Martha ist stets diskret und doch immer erreichbar aber vorallem mit viel Herzblut im Hintergrund bereit zur Hilfe😍Das Haus mit dem Pool und der Zugang zum Meer sind wunderschön und sehr ruhig für entspannende Stunden mit atemberaubendem Aublick aufs Meer

One of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Matched the description and photos perfectly, everything was so clean, the shower was lovely and warm with good pressure. Pool was clean and a lovely addition. The place was right by the sea, you could see it from the balcony, it was so nice to be able to pop out and be in the sea in less than two minutes. We felt so at home here, all our needs were catered to, we were able to check in early and also leave our bags there all day after we had checked out. We’re both so sad to be leaving but will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Zante, I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

We really enjoyed our stay at the bungalow, it was in a good location within walking distance of a supermarket and restaurants at Porto harbour. The house had everything we needed and the pool was a great addition as it was very hot! We hired a boat from George which was a fabulous day. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Lovely house squeaky clean. Host was extremely helpful, allowed early check in and late check out despite having next guests arriving in the afternoon. He also arranged car hire and gave some excellent recommendations on places to visit and restaurants. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay and to Irene for keeping the entire area beautifully clean including the bbq. We very much hope to return again early autumn. Maura & Bob

A beautiful home, in a beautiful location, was paradise...the local restaurants were all so welcoming and amazing food, close to many beautiful beaches and sights, you can do nothing or explore for days on this island . Themis was great host, very friendly and helpful when we needed to ask , especially about what to do. Thank you Themis !

We had the most incredible stay at Xenofon’s villa in Zakynthos – it was everything we could have hoped for and more. The villa itself is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family. The pool was a total highlight – sparkling clean and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The beds were super comfy, which made coming back after a day of exploring even more enjoyable. The location was ideal too – close to stunning beaches and fantastic restaurants. We also took a Blue Water boat trip which was unforgettable and definitely worth doing! A special mention has to go to Spiros, who took care of the villa during our stay. He was constantly making sure everything was spotless and went above and beyond to help us feel at home – even going out to get us groceries when we first arrived. By the end of the trip, he felt more like a friend than just staff. His kindness really made our stay extra special - we would come back again in a heartbeat! We didn’t want to go ❤️

This was a lovely villa and exactly what we expected. It was spotlessly clean and was a joy to stay in. It was a short walk to an excellent range of bars, really good restaurants (we particularly liked Chefalonia) and shops. We found the villa very private and secluded. It was furnished to a high standard, supplied with everything we could need, in beautiful landscaped gardens giving us wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. We had an unusual and unexpected problem and this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by Neil. All in all a delightful stay.

We just enjoyed a lovely week at Villa Piano. It really is an amazing villa, with picture perfect views of the pool, lawn and sea beyond. The villa itself is spacious with loads of living space, and big bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped, and came with much more crockery, pots and pans, etc than normal with an airbnb. We were traveling with a baby, and the hosts helpfully arranged a high chair, travel cot, and lots of baby-specific towels, blankets and bedding. We felt right at home! Will definitely come back!

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with our 2.5 year old. Location was great for nearby beaches - some within easy walking distance and others walkable but easier in a car if with children. Likewise with restaurants both local and in central argostoli. Katerina was very responsive and friendly, and helpfully shared some recommended beaches/ eateries. Daily housekeeping was very welcome and we enjoyed coming home to this place every afternoon! Highly recommend for Lassi area for a couple or small family happy to share a bedroom

Had a fantastic stay at Sofita Sea View Apartment, on the main Street of Argassi which was fab as we could walk to all the restaurants and shops etc. But was still at a more peaceful and quiet end of the street. Windows do a good job at keeping noise out. Place was clean and beautiful with everything you need. Host was great at communicating and very friendly, she also messaged to check in half way through to ask how our stay was going. I would definitely come back!

The host was incredibly considerate and kind, and I truly felt their genuine care. I fell ill during my trip, and they went above and beyond to take care of me with warmth and compassion. The location was not only safe and peaceful but also offered an absolutely stunning ocean view. I am deeply grateful for such a memorable and comforting experience

Katerina und ihr Bruder Antonis waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Katerina hat uns sogar angeboten früher in die Unterkunft zu dürfen ohne dass wir fragen mussten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war auch top. Den Strand vor der Tür fanden wir persönlich nicht ganz so schön aber sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe waren super zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! :)

We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Pascalis and Julie. The hosts were extremely helpful but also gave you your own space despite being your neighbour. We knew when booking that the apartment was in a quiet area and this suited us. Alikanas village is 20-25 mins walk with grown up legs...35 if walking with kids who need to stop to look at the lizards and other exciting wildlife and tell you it's hot. A car would have been useful but was not vital if you are happy walking/exploring via bus. There are a couple of bistro/restaurants nearby if you can't be bothered to walk but no nearby shop. It was amazing having a little secluded cove for a swim and explore in rock pools. Our kids went swimming twice a day because it was so easy to get there. The apartment is basic but everything you need...and it's had a makeover in some areas since pictures taken. We would visit again

L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio e come visibile dalle foto. È fornito di tutto il necessario ed è pulitissimo. La cucina è dotate di tutto il necessario per cucinare, anche se noi non ne abbiamo mai usufruito. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata, anche se vista la posizione, la casa risulta fresca di sera e di notte. La spiaggia, in ciottoli e non molto larga, è letteralmente a 10 metri dall'appartamento ed è poco frequentata. Puoi fare un bagno a mare in tutta tranquillità tutta la giornata, anche di notte. Prima di andare a dormire puoi goderti un po' di sano relax dal terrazzino dell'appartamento coccolato dal suono del mare. Sia Marios con cui abbiamo interagito solo per messaggio, che Sophia e tutta la sua famiglia, che vivono al piano di sotto, sono stati di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla e ci hanno fornito preziosi consigli su dove mangiare e fare la spesa nei dintorni. Ci tornerneremo di sicuro

Second time staying in this apartment… great place to stay, love Poros and the location of the apartment (sit back and relax on the balcony day or night and watch the world go by) loved it again so will be back. Double glassing is also a big benefit / automatic shutters are great.

We loved the location of Elli’s place, it opens onto the nicest part of the beach. There’s plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from and a supermarket only a few minutes walk. The outside space is what sets this place aside from anywhere else. Lots of attention to detail in the decoration, but also things like the foot bath coming off the beach, and the outside shower, fashioned by Spyros! There’s lots of other lovely touches, too many to mention! Both bedrooms also open out onto a private balcony, which is in addition to the large shared space, which is large enough even if there’s another family in the 2nd apartment. What makes this place even more special is Spyros and Martha’s welcoming smiles. They recommended plenty of things to do, and we had some lovely days out, including snorkelling with turtles! But we always loved coming “home” and the end of day, especially as there was often homemade treats from Martha! Thank you both, I’m sure we will be back!
