On the first day I wondered if you would eventually get tired of the view, the conclusion after 10 days: it is even more beautiful, because you now have a cat on your lap 😁 After a quiet night away from the hustle and bustle of the beach resorts, take a short walk through the village or a longer walk through nature in the morning, then have breakfast on the terrace with spectacular views and later explore the beautiful island by car. For those who - like us - think this sounds like a perfect vacation, Simeon's beautiful house is the place to be. You can park at the village square and reach the house after a short walk. Simeon picked us up at the village square with his car and drove our luggage up to the house. The tavern on the village square was well attended in the evening, but it is not noisy. What was particularly positive for me was the super comfortable mattress, so I didn't have back pain on vacation.

Very friendly hosts. Warm welcome, equally friendly all days. Elini bakes amazing, vegan chocolate cake! Beautiful, somewhat secluded location: tranquility and magnificent views over the area and the sea. Exactly what we wanted. However, it was not clear to us in advance that the hosts themselves also live on the property in an adjacent part of the house, so occasionally someone walks by. However, they left us peace and privacy. There are 3 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. What is missing is a sitting room. One of the three bedrooms is on the first floor and you could use that space as a sitting room. However, with the nice weather, you don't need a sitting room, because the outdoor space then functions as such. A spacious, covered outdoor kitchen with a very large dining table, where you can sit well in the shade. There are also several seats in the tuiin, including under a beautiful tree.

Perfect! We had an amazing stay. The property is beautiful, in a great location with everything that you could possibly need & we were sad to leave. Big thank you to their lovely housekeeper too. ♥️

We booked this property for a group of 7, and it turned out to be even more spacious than the photos suggested. Our stay was incredibly pleasant—everything was perfect for us. The kitchen was well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The backyard was a highlight; we grilled and dined outside nearly every day, taking full advantage of the lovely outdoor space. The house has a charming, authentic vibe that added to our experience. If there's one regret, it's that we couldn't stay longer due to our limited vacation days. The host and her husband were exceptionally friendly and responsive, offering great recommendations for local taverns and sights around Kallirachi. They were always available and eager to assist whenever we needed help. Just a note: you can only park 1 car at the property, but there is a parking available about 3-4 minutes walk time. I highly recommend this place anytime.

Right by the sea, the balcony is incredibly peaceful. You can sleep and wash your face at sea with the sound of the waves. There is a very small kitchen area, it is not suitable for cooking, but you can solve a lot of things. Planned accommodation is required as it is 15~20 minutes away by car from central places.

Anna was the nicest host I ever met. Her recommendations were top, she made sure we know all the best restaurants and beaches. Always so responsive ! Her place was very clean and she made sure to wait for us with everything we needed. Also her place was perfect for 2 couples, we had 2 rooms with a bathroom in each room. Would choose her place again! Big thank you for everything❤️

As many have written before us – this place is a dream, and was certainly the most beautiful place on our trip. The village of Sotiras is wonderful in every way, authentic, quiet and always a bit cooler due to its location above the sea. Wonderful views of the sea and the surrounding coniferous forests are included. Athina was always easily accessible for us and very friendly. For people who prefer the tranquility of the village to the hustle and bustle of the beach, a recommendation in every respect.

Everything was perfect
