Wow!!! What a perfect location so much to do at a stones throw and the house is clean and tidy with everything you could need. Can not recommend enough. The hosts are so helpful as well.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying there if looking for a place to stay in Deal as the views were superb and central to everything. Roger the host was very helpful with regards to parking. Can’t fault anything.

Daniel and Erica's place is lovely, we stayed two nights with kids and it was a perfect base for exploring Whitstable, walking into town down the Crab and Winkle Way each day. They were super responsive, friendly and flexible, sending loads of great recommendations that were tailored to us (we came on the train so they gave great walking / cycling tips!). The flat is spacious, calm, comfortable, clean and homely - a welcome retreat from the busy centre of Whitstable. Highly recommended.

Peter was a great, friendly host. He sent a video ahead of time showing where to park (very helpful). The place has a view of Canterbury Cathedral tower right out the living room window, and we loved hearing the bells. It was a surprisingly spacious place right in the hear of Canterbury. Easy walking distance to the Cathedral, the Abbey, and St. Martin's church (and all of city center). Peter was very quick to respond to any issues we had, and we enjoyed talking with him! Thank you Sophie, the house felt like a home. The books, the toys, the rooms, the garden an added bonus for the little people. “but why can’t we stay longer” asked grandchild. Appreciated the earlier check in, and thank you for your flexibility and understanding with our car problems.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. From the start Roni was so helpful with clear instructions and information. The fresh bread and other tasty foodstuffs we were provided were a welcome treat and made us feel right at home. The cottage itself is very cosy and we enjoyed spending time together in the warmly decorated living room. We all slept very well as the beds are really very comfortable. The views over the countryside were amazing and you could really feel a sense of the history of the place. We loved our stay at Ide Hill. This was the last Airbnb of a four week trip and it was a highlight for sure. We would absolutely recommend staying at this lovely cottage and experiencing the hospitality that Roni provides.

What an exceptional and beautiful residence. Set in a nice peaceful area. The home is stunning and so tastefully done Even provided us with fresh eggs granola bread and milk! Bed was super comfy. We had a quick but lovely stay. The house is super cute and cozy and well located. Karen and her family were very friendly and made us feel at home. We are definitely coming back next year.

Dom’s communicated really well from the start, with clear instructions, and was always available to answer questions. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more. The bed was really comfy and the rainfall shower was excellent. The kitchen was well-equipped and the moka pot was great for morning coffee. Having a dedicated parking space was a huge bonus and it meant that we could walk into Canterbury, which was about 15 minutes along the river or 10 minutes straight into town. We had a great stay in Canterbury and visited lots of Kent from here too, so the apartment is well placed for not only the city, but the wider area too. Thanks Dom.

Claire and her family’s home is a jewel on the Cliff of St. Margaret’s Bay. Modern, open floor plan, pristinely clean, with the most comfortable beds, this listing is a true gem in one of the most beautiful locations in all of England. Enjoy the hot tub, eat peacefully in the kitchen while looking out on the English Channel or simply sit outside on the terrace to enjoy the healthy sea air. I highly recommend this listing but I ask those looking to book to please respect their home so I can come back to the exact same experience. Claire is very responsive and such a joy to communicate with!

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.

We had a great stay. Steven was very responsive to our questions. His place is as described and would definitely stay again.

Sue was an absolutely wonderful host. She communicated with me prior to the trip to make sure that everything went smoothly. She was extremely responsive and even came to help when we needed her. Her apartment was perfect for what we were looking for, she was very thoughtful and we felt right at home. If ever we’re back in Deal, we will definitely stay at her apartment again!

This is my 2nd visit to Richard’s property and I still love it as much as I did the first time. Right in the centre of Canterbury, it’s a perfect location for shops, museums, transport etc. The apartment has everything in it you need and is very comfortable. All contact with Richard is fast and friendly. His written instructions are very clear on accessing the apartment too. Fab place, fab City, fab host.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay with my family. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped inc a delightful array of kitchenware ( I appreciate this so much ). The location is fantastic.. easily accessible to great shops & restaurants. Julia’s recommendations were much appreciated. Angela’s & Dory’s were excellent. Most importantly.. Julia’s place was cleaned to a high standard.. we highly recommend to anyone interested in booking.

We had a very comfortable stay at Fancoombe. It was very clean & well equipped with everything we needed & an ideal base to explore the local area. Very peaceful with stunning views from the veranda

Fabulous appartement with superb sea view. Excellent host, always responsive. The only downside was that we found the local neighbourhood less attractive than expected, but it can be a good outpost to explore for example Rye, Battle and Brighton. (There's a lovely sandy beach near Rye in a town/village called Camber, but beware of seagulls if you picnic, which you must because the quality of the local shops on the beach is terrible.)
