Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The town house is really amazing, we felt like home. There was everything we needed already provided by the host (water, milk, coffee, fruits, towels, shampo, condi, body wash, body lotion, hair dryer - you don‘t have to take anything with you). AC worked perfectly. Terrace is very nice to spent the mornings and evenings there. Kitchen and bathroom super clean and functional. The district we liked the most of the areas we visited during our stay. People are very open minded and you can find a lot of great shops and restaurants arround. Toa was always reachable and gave us a lot of nice recommendations for our 4 days stay. On the last day we had some troubles because of an nearby event, Tao organized everything so that we could reach the airport in time. We can 100% recommend to stay in this beautiful house and district. Tao was a perfect host, we are totally happy with our choice 😎

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

Unsere Reise und Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung war in einem Top sauberen und gepflegten Zustand, traumhafter, unvergesslicher und wunderschöner, vor allem abends/nachts, Ausblick von der Dachterrasse aus. Die 4 Etagen Treppen hoch, hat sich jedes Mal gelohnt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und doch ist man eine Straße weiter mitten im Geschehen, tolle Lokale, sehr gutes Essen, vieles fußläufig erreichbar und abends bis zur späten Stunde tolle Musikbars. Einfach Klasse und empfehlenswert. Herr Dehan hat von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Abschied seine authentische Gastfreundschaft, Hilfsbereitschaft und Unterstützung gezeigt und war uns gegenüber sehr entgegenkommend und sehr behilflich gewesen. Our family of 9 loved this place with its 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a sunny balcony on 2nd floor off the sitting room. well equipped kitchens, not that we cooked much, with the lovely local cheap restaurants 50 metres down the road. beds all comfortable, aircon and hot water worked well. We got fit going up and down the spiral wooden stair case, we ranged in age from 5 to 70, so had to make sure the smaller kids took care near/on stairs. As the oldest person I got the top floor to myself so just made sure I only went up and down once a day-so was organised or got younger ones to fetch things. Its a lively street,.with local kids playing out till late, lots of cats, baby gulls on the opposite roof. Lovely shops and the coloured houses just round the corner. it was quiet at night, the rooms had good double glazing.Some people on right of house heard the 4.30am call to prayer from nearby mosque, so take ear plugs if a lighter sleeper. It was the best Airbnb ever!

Great place, really nice neighborhood and Moussaab is very helpful. It's a tight place for eight people but workable and great value for money.

The place is exactly as described. Everything matches the photos. The apartment is very clean, the furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped for proper cooking, everything is of good quality. Cleaning and laundry supplies are also provided. The hosts are friendly and polite, responded quickly, and were very accommodating by allowing us to check out late. Highly recommended!

Хорошая уютная квартира в хорошем районе. Есть терраса. Были некоторые моменты например с холодильником - он не работал. В итоге его заменили и привезли новый холодильник. Также сверху немного шумные соседи, от хозяев это не зависит. В общем хозяин всегда был на связи, очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный мужчина

ich habe mich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt Aziz war immer erreichbar hat auch gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten Zustand hatte alles was man braucht und der Balkon war mega wenn man kam von ganz oben rausschaut oder sitzt es genießen kann bei schönem Wetter einfach nur traumhaft ich kann die Wohnung nur sehr empfehlen

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, modern und sauber. Schöner Blick vom Balkon. Ruhige Lage trotzdem perfekt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln an die hot Spots der Innenstadt angebunden. Alles was man braucht ist in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Ich kann Tansel und die Wohnung 100% weiterempfehlen. Er hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und Fragen beantwortet

Ich war begeistert von meinem Aufenthalt im Sinpaş Queen Bomonti! Die Wohnung in der 36. Etage bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht über Istanbul – besonders bei Sonnenuntergang ein echtes Highlight. Die Ausstattung ist modern und hochwertig, das Gebäude sehr gepflegt und sicher. Perfekt für einen stilvollen Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage. Klare Empfehlung!

We absolutely loved this apartment! It's even better than the pictures. The layout is great and it's very comfortable and welcoming. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The backyard area is private to the unit and accessible from the living room and the bedroom, which is wonderful. There is a spacious kitchen with everything you need, and a brand new air conditioning in the bedroom and also in the living room. The neighborhood of Nisantasi is really energetic and lively- tons of restaurants and cafes, and shopping, and a big park nearby. As an American, it kind of felt like the Beverly Hills of Istanbul. Very local area, didn't see any tourists! Fun neighborhood to experience. And last but not least, Banu is a wonderful, warm, kind, and helpful host. Really enjoyed out stay and definitely recommend!

Great place to stay! Wonderful location, very close to public transportation, lots to do. Very clean, spacious and roomy apartment. Very comfortable sleeping. The AC was a bonus. Great view from the balcony, very safe building.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul dans cet appartement situé à Beyoğlu, à deux pas de la tour de Galata. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové, calme, et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose d’une chambre séparée avec un matelas très confortable, idéal pour bien se reposer après une journée de visite. L’hôte, Ram ou Karim, est extrêmement disponible et attentionné. Ils savent vraiment accueillir : eau en bouteille en quantité, papier toilette, tout est prévu, rien ne manque. La localisation est exceptionnelle : à 2 minutes de l’avenue Istiklal, la plus commerçante d’Istanbul, avec de nombreuses bonnes affaires (bien moins chères qu’à Paris !), tout en étant à l’écart du bruit. À proximité immédiate aussi du tunnel pour rejoindre le pont de Galata, du tramway pour accéder à la vieille ville, et à quelques minutes de Şişli. C’est, sans aucun doute, l’un des meilleurs emplacements pour découvrir Istanbul. Je recommande vivement ! Brunet Jean Claude et Isabelle Mai 2

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

I can only echo what everyone else has said. The location is brilliant and having spent a week in the city we wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else. We felt safe, slept peacefully and made the most of the great local restaurants and coffee shops. It was our favourite neighbourhood by far but equally very close to all the main sights. The house is beautiful presented and super clean. Places like this are exactly why we use airbnb all around the world. It was a home away from home with everything we could’ve needed. 5 stars from us!
